I was at your office for almost two hours waiting to see a doctor that was overbooked, that didn't have time for us. And once we did get into the actual room to see the doctor, he walks in and was only in there three minutes. So I don't know what kind of service y'all expect or are giving, but this is inadequate on every level. I'm sorry, y'all said he's the only specialist in the area. Well, then don't overbook because everybody in the waiting room is complaining about how long they have been there. So you got my feedback.

Dr. Houk and Traci are a dream team! The entire staff was so pleasant and helpful. The new nurses practitioner (Jake I think his name was) we met today was super nice as well!
