This visit was horrible. The provider did not listen. They had very long wait times. I left very confused. I will not recommend.

The Doc had ZERO bedside manners; Thought he was above everyone. Never came down to our level, literally stood above us. It felt rushed. I was seriously shocked leaving out from the appointment. I literally paid a $38 copay for NOTHING. This is an extremely sad situation for this man to be working with pediatrics. You may be good at something, but having respect for the patients is a whole different story. Unbelievable.

For a practice that has registered nurses and likely requires regular blood draws for their patients, the last year and a half that we have been required to do blood draws in office they have failed to have a successful blood draw. This always resorts to us to having to make another visit somewhere else for it to be successfully done. Our child does not like blood draws to begin with and it is not easy watching them continuously be unsuccessful in something they should be trained to do. Everyone is friendly, it's a clean environment, and we like the doctor; however, we have become extremely disapointed in care the past 3+ visits. The nurses seem incapable of doing the job well and expect someone else to do it for them. We would love to see confident and capable nurses working here in the near future to make these appointments go smooth.

Yes, Dr. Houck and Jacob Kashdaller and Nurse Tracy, Nurse Taylor, these guys are absolutely phenomenal. Do not let go of any of these four people. Dr. Houck and Jake have excellent bedside manner. I mean, they just make you feel at ease and they're patient with you and they work with you. And Nurse Tracy just goes above and beyond and she is so kind and so caring and so giving. And Nurse Taylor is exemplary. She works extremely hard and she is as sweet as can be. So I will forever be coming here as long as you've got these people.

His staff has been very friendly and helpful and I feel that everyone goes above and beyond for the care of our son. So we definitely enjoy the practice and I would definitely refer anybody to him if they find themselves in the same situation needing care.

My appointment was at 10:20 am I arrived at 10:05 a.m. The front desk staff Andrea was polite and professional. I waited in the back room for the doctor for almost 2 hours. I got up to leave a and as I was walking out the door, the front desk staff let me know that he the doctor would be coming into our room next. The doctor was polite and professional however, I didn't really get any additional answers to my concerns. He restated what we already knew which was my child's bones were that of a 13 year old. The imaging center told us that when we got xrays prior to our visit. I'll be getting a second opinion out of town as this visit was not helpful at all.

Dr houk was very nice , knowledgeable and said something I've never heard a doctor say before . Ask all the questions you want and use me as a guide, I asked all the questions I needed answers to and left feeling very reassured .

Yes, Dr. Houck and Jacob Kashdaller and Nurse Tracy, Nurse Taylor, these guys are absolutely phenomenal. Do not let go of any of these four people. Dr. Houck and Jake have excellent bedside manner. I mean, they just make you feel at ease and they're patient with you and they work with you. And Nurse Tracy just goes above and beyond and she is so kind and so caring and so giving. And Nurse Taylor is exemplary. She works extremely hard and she is as sweet as can be. So I will forever be coming here as long as you've got these people.

For a practice that has registered nurses and likely requires regular blood draws for their patients, the last year and a half that we have been required to do blood draws in office they have failed to have a successful blood draw. This always resorts to us to having to make another visit somewhere else for it to be successfully done. Our child does not like blood draws to begin with and it is not easy watching them continuously be unsuccessful in something they should be trained to do. Everyone is friendly, it's a clean environment, and we like the doctor; however, we have become extremely disapointed in care the past 3+ visits. The nurses seem incapable of doing the job well and expect someone else to do it for them. We would love to see confident and capable nurses working here in the near future to make these appointments go smooth.

The Doc had ZERO bedside manners; Thought he was above everyone. Never came down to our level, literally stood above us. It felt rushed. I was seriously shocked leaving out from the appointment. I literally paid a $38 copay for NOTHING. This is an extremely sad situation for this man to be working with pediatrics. You may be good at something, but having respect for the patients is a whole different story. Unbelievable.

This visit was horrible. The provider did not listen. They had very long wait times. I left very confused. I will not recommend.
