We waited an hour to be seen for 10 minutes. The doctor is great but one thing I would recommend is that he give my son warning before he checks him down there. He just lifted up his shorts without explaining what he was doing. Freaked my son out a little.

Wait to see the actual doctor was almost an hour, but check in, intake, and med student were very fast. When the doctor did finally come in, he was very confident on my child's prognosis. Great bedside manner.

This visit was horrible. The provider did not listen. They had very long wait times. I left very confused. I will not recommend.

The Doc had ZERO bedside manners; Thought he was above everyone. Never came down to our level, literally stood above us. It felt rushed. I was seriously shocked leaving out from the appointment. I literally paid a $38 copay for NOTHING. This is an extremely sad situation for this man to be working with pediatrics. You may be good at something, but having respect for the patients is a whole different story. Unbelievable.

For a practice that has registered nurses and likely requires regular blood draws for their patients, the last year and a half that we have been required to do blood draws in office they have failed to have a successful blood draw. This always resorts to us to having to make another visit somewhere else for it to be successfully done. Our child does not like blood draws to begin with and it is not easy watching them continuously be unsuccessful in something they should be trained to do. Everyone is friendly, it's a clean environment, and we like the doctor; however, we have become extremely disapointed in care the past 3+ visits. The nurses seem incapable of doing the job well and expect someone else to do it for them. We would love to see confident and capable nurses working here in the near future to make these appointments go smooth.

Hello, so Dr. Houk was extremely helpful and patient with all our questions and he really cares for the patient and also his expertise in the knowledge about the treatment and how we deal with her deficiency, you know, growth deficiency really help us. We waited an hour to be seen for 10 minutes. The doctor is great but one thing I would recommend is that he give my son warning before he checks him down there. He just lifted up his shorts without explaining what he was doing. Freaked my son out a little.
