Yes, the front desk was very welcoming. That was great. The nurses and techs in the back was very great and gracious. I think the doctor is going to be great. I hope so. I'm brand new to this area and I really don't feel like there was enough conversation of just that and understanding. what was coming out. It was more very, my first appointment just seemed very transactional. But I'm hoping for the best as a transplant here. I feel like the doctor is very competent, doesn't really talk anything off script. But I guess that's part of getting used to a new city.

It appears doctors these days interested in rushing patients out so quickly. As if there is a certain amount of patients to be seen or a quota of patients to be seen. What can be done or said in 5 minutes.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Adams and she came in late and as if she was in a rush and was more concerned about me not having health insurance then my healthcare needs. She did not take the time to listen to what my health concerns were and she was in a rush to leave out of the office . I felt as if I was being judged and looked over because of lack of health insurance, but clearly I had no issue paying to be there . The whole appointment was just uncomfortable and I feel that I deserve the same care as anyone else . I've also see the NP Ramona Payton and never had an issue . I would prefer not see Dr. Adam's ever again .
