My wife tried to explain to the doctor are concerns about some of my health care changes. The doctor would never make eye contact with my wife. I felt like it was rude and that she disrespected my wife and she was trying to speak as my advocate.

Could not get lab work done since there was not enough staff. The sign in sheet was not available but there was no one there to tell me that they were too busy. Another patient had to inform me that they were no longer taking anymore lab patients and that I should go to the hospital lab. Drove over to Paulding hospital and there was a 2 hour wait. Was not able to get lab work done. Called the next day to see if I could schedule appointment for lab work at a location closer to my home and was told that I should just go as a walk in. The lady on the phone was not very helpful and seemed very short. I guess she was having a busy day answering the phones. My doctor was great but the overall experience was not. It should not be that hard to get labs done but I guess it is this year.

I had bloodwork I needed done as part of my physical and had to fast for 8 hours. After the appointment I waited for 30 mins to be called back at the bloodwork area to complete this and even after 30 mins I was still waiting. I had to go for work so I left and now I have to find time to go to the wellstar hospital to get bloodwork and fast yet again. Rediculous wait and I cant understand why they think someone can take the entire morning off for a doc appt and then bloodwork. I will be avoiding the internal bloodwork from no on.

First let me start by saying I've seen Dr. Adams several times. This time she literally rushed through the appointment. She was in the room maybe 7 minutes and I had several concerns. As she was trying to get out of the room, I asked a question about a medicine I feel I need. She said "I'll let Christy get that info from you" and walked out! I was so put off, I asked Christy when she came back if everything was ok because I felt she rushed through the appointment. I paid a pretty penny to see her and she was very inattentive and sped through my appointment like I was wasting her time. I left feeling slighted, upset, and unsure of next steps. Because of this experience I'm not sure if I'll ever visit again! I could have gone to a Minute Clinic for a better and less expensive experience.
