A little disappointed with how the nurse doing my check in talked to me. I'm a college student, and I don't have much money to spare. Days prior to my appointment, i spent around $150 to my bill, which was what i could spare. During my check in, the nurse asked how much money i would like to spend on my bill. I explained to her none, since i spent around $150 days prior on my bill and i did not have any money to spare then. She told me she would let it slide but i would have no choice but to pay something next appointment. Felt very judged and it felt very rude. I would have loved to pay more but then i would not have been able to buy myself some groceries.

This medical office is great! I was checked in right away as I arrived at my appointment. The front office specialist was friendly and pleasant! Kristi, Dr. Adams, MA is excellent! Kristi always greets me with a smile and takes an interest in my health! She is truly caring! Dr. Adams is outstanding!!! She is so knowledgeable and remembers my medical history! She is very encouraging!!!! I recommend this office to all of my friends and family!

I've never cared for Dr. Adams "bedside manner." But today's visit was a new low. She was obviously angry and we both (my wife and I) thought she took it out on us. I have considered leaving her care and the practice before but now I think it's time to find a new primary care doctor.
