Dr. Adams always provides exceptional, exceptional, exceptional, exceptional service when I schedule my visits with her. And my daughter is also a patient of her that I referred. And my visits are always really good. From the time I walk in the door to the person who greets me, I wish I knew her name because she was really good as well. Put a little smiley face on the form that I had to give to the nurse who received me from the lobby, to the nurse who, or the assistant who weighed me. Very pleasant experience, very pleasant personality. I mean, it's just always an exceptional experience when I go and I really, really appreciate it.

I did not have to wait long to be called back to a room. However, once in the room, I waited 45 minutes before being seen by the doctor. The door was closed and the temperature in the room was unbearable. I have Multiple Sclerosis and heat makes my symptoms worse. When the doctor finally came in, she was rushed. I didn't feel like she took time to listen to my concerns and then dismissed me quickly. I would not recommend her to anyone else nor would I make an appointment with her again.

Getting some prescriptions can be confusing in the system. Drug plans and getting them approved for durable medical equipment is difficult as well.

A little disappointed with how the nurse doing my check in talked to me. I'm a college student, and I don't have much money to spare. Days prior to my appointment, i spent around $150 to my bill, which was what i could spare. During my check in, the nurse asked how much money i would like to spend on my bill. I explained to her none, since i spent around $150 days prior on my bill and i did not have any money to spare then. She told me she would let it slide but i would have no choice but to pay something next appointment. Felt very judged and it felt very rude. I would have loved to pay more but then i would not have been able to buy myself some groceries.
