The staff members were not wearing any badges. Any staff member that I saw never had on a badge. The only person I saw wearing their badge was Dr. Russo, and the medical assistant's nails were long, acrylic, and painted, which I believe is out of compliance for WellStar. That is very concerning for me from an infection prevention standpoint.

I love how the staff made my son feel comfortable and included in his appointment. The staff spoke to him directly and made sure he was comfortable throughout the appointment. The staff was also very informative during the appointment and explained the process and medication well.

The estimate for the visit was $223.43. The co payment is usually $50, which is what I pay for each visit. If the insurance does not cover the $223.43, I am billed. The zoom system would not let me access the appointment without paying the $223.43 and never attempted to collect co payment. I will NEVER do zoom again.
