The questions they asked made it appear as though they really understood his condition and they were familiar with his past medical history of allergies and asthma, which made me feel confident that when they began to give me different prognosis or diagnosis about his medical developments, they truly understood his needs. And I appreciated the staff for being that thorough, including Dr. Russo.

The front staff, as well as the nurses were amazing. They made me so welcome. They made my children feel comfortable. As far as the doctor Russo I didn't feel like she really listened to my concerns so she kept trying to over talk me and some of the stuff she was saying was not facts. Also, she kept mentioning that she does this every day when I brought up a concern about wanting a full-blown allergy test for my kids she stated that she could look at them and tell that they just needed an environmental test which really aggravated me. She was passively rude. And I do not want my kids to go back to her. Other than that, the establishment and the nurse staff in front staff were more than welcoming and kind.

The zoom system would not let me access the appointment without paying the $223.43 and never attempted to collect co payment. I will NEVER do zoom again.
