My daughter had a fantastic experience with Dr. Russo. For years, we've struggled with seasonal allergies, asthma, and flare-ups, but each time I felt truly heard. The doctor took the time to explain the triggers and created a management plan that actually works. The office staff was professional, and the testing process was quick. We are finally breathing easier-highly recommend!

She really was very thorough in her analysis of myself and my son. We did a joint appointment. I'm sorry for the incorrect response, but if there's any way that you can manually just fix that, all in all, we will definitely be returning to her and we will recommend her to friends and family. She cares about my health and wellbeing and it shows. Definitely my favorite allergist, and I have seen many for myself and my kids over the years.

The front staff, as well as the nurses were amazing. They made me so welcome. They made my children feel comfortable. As far as the doctor Russo I didn't feel like she really listened to my concerns so she kept trying to over talk me and some of the stuff she was saying was not facts. Also, she kept mentioning that she does this every day when I brought up a concern about wanting a full-blown allergy test for my kids she stated that she could look at them and tell that they just needed an environmental test which really aggravated me. She was passively rude. And I do not want my kids to go back to her. Other than that, the establishment and the nurse staff in front staff were more than welcoming and kind.
