I have to use an electric wheelchair. The entrance to the pulmonary office was not wide enough for my chair and it was damaged when I exited the office in Hiram.

The one thing to me personally that stood out... Dr. Popat advised me to quit smoking, but didn't "PREACH" to me! Of course I know I need to quit, but I hate being preached at like I'm a child. Kimberly was also the same. No judgement from either. The office staff were very nice with checking in and checking out.

I was given a 7:45 appointment, but the practice doesn't open until 7:45. I waited outside until they unlocked the doors at 7:45. Maybe they should have given 7:50 or 8:00am. The nurse was very quick to take my vitals, but the Dr. Didn't enter the room until 8:22. That was 37 minutes from my appointment time. Since I was the 1st appointment of the day, they should have been able to stay on Schedule.
