I was very disappointed to receive a letter when I checked in informing me that the practice is not willing to discuss my health concerns during my visit without charging extra or requiring another visit. I felt that my health and my concerns were no longer important to them. It was made clear that they are more concerned with getting money than with making sure their patient is cared for. This is not the way to instill confidence in your patients. As a matter of fact it felt quite opposite. I left wondering what's the point. Let me be clear that I don't have a problem with the provider per se but the practice as whole and their unwillingness to make their patients and their well being a priority. She was only doing what she was told to do by the practice. Do better Wellstar. This is absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable.

This is one of my favorite offices. They do everything right from the front desk to the back. The doctor is excellent. She listens to everything you have to say. She addresses all my problems and she doesn't make you feel like she's rushed. She takes her time. Then when I go to schedule, the lady schedules my next appointment. They're always very nice and kind. They give me my receipts and the dates and always notify me that they're going to call me to let me know. This is one of the greatest offices that I've been in and other offices can learn for them. And they have the kindest staff. Thank you.
