Yes, upon arrival, the receptionist was not really sure of my co-pay or how to explain my co-pay. So she began to kind of say my business as far as finances out loud about what my co-pay was and what I didn't need as far as my deductible. And it just felt like my private information was kind of being said out loud to discuss. And then she stated that she didn't know how to read it. She was going to get somebody else. And so she got somebody else. And it just wasn't a discrete conversation. I wasn't on the side window. I was in the main window. I was in the main one right in front of the door. And I just felt like all of my financial and insurance information and what deductible I meant, what I didn't need, what I had to need, what my copay was, was kind of being discussed. out in the open and I just did not feel comfortable with saying stop discussing it because it was so many people doing it, but I just felt like maybe that should be kind

I would like to say that I pass several primary care offices to come to this one in Powder Springs. I do that because the entire staff, starting with the front office staff to the medical assistants, the nurse practitioner, Dr. Ngwudike, everyone there is absolutely amazing. I have nothing but kudos to everyone. And that's all the way back to the young lady who takes blood in the back. Um, everyone is extremely professional, extremely caring, extremely knowledgeable. I never feel like I'm in a rush or they're trying to rush me out the door to get to the next person. Everyone takes their time with me. And this is an amazing group of individuals at this office. And that's it.
