Dr. Ngwudike listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She was interested in what was going on in my life, and we shared some common interests.

The service is always great however they need to improve on the waiting. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early as requested. I was taken back 5 minutes after arriving which means I was prepared for the doctor to see me shortly afterwards. It was at least 30 minutes later before the doctor came on. I can understand perhaps a 15 minute wait, but 30 minutes is too long in my opinion. Other than that the visit was fine. I find it ironic that if a patient is 15 minutes late they have to reschedule their appointment but the doctor can be late and the patient just has to wait.
