After signing in, I was escorted to a room to get my vitals by a really nice, professional, and personable doctor's assistant. Within just a few short minutes, the physician came in, greeted me, and impressed me with such a caring attitude, exemplary listening skills, and awesome expertise! Wow, that experience made my day!
