I just wish my doctor didn't talk so loud when we are discussing my medical when we are in the room. No point in closing the door if the whole office can hear what's going on with me. That's not private.

Dr experience was a 10. Closing the in building lab before finding a replacement provider that did not cause an interruption in service, assuming you put someone back in there. Having to go to Building D and having a LONG wait is really inconvenient.

I had to go to building B for my lab work today. I waited 58 minutes. That is not satisfactory. My time is valuable. The waiting room was packed! The staff that drew the blood was extremely efficient and friendly. My complaint is not about them at all. My complaint is that the lab in Dr. Craton's office was closed and in building B they had no extra help to accommodate the extra patients. if this continues, people will go elsewhere. I heard lots of patients complaining about the wait time.
