The toughest thing about the practice is the scheduling where the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. And on that, I wish you'd ask about that because on that it would have given you a one. Once you can get through the gate, the physicians, the caregivers are great, but boy, you know, that part of the practice is really poor.

Doctors appointments that require discussing personal issues and intimate area examinations are always nerve wracking, but everyone in the clinic is so comforting! Dr. Ray takes such an investment in his patients by explaining things in an easy to understand way while making sure the patient truly gets to participate in their care.

Nothing but positive about my visit to Dr. Ray. I do want to complain about the billing department. I continue to have issues with billing and most recently have emailed them on MyChart about a 50 dollar bill from my visit to dermatology. I paid the copay of 50 dollars on the day of that visit, so I don't understand why I am being told I owe money. Still waiting on a response to my email.

Dr. Ray is the best! I did have issues with the blood pressure cuff, it was too big and squeezed my elbow too tight it was a sharp pain. I had to rip the cuff off.

Got an appt pretty quickly as a new pt, am a provider here. Dr Ray was very professional, thorough in his exam and very caring. He explained everything in detail and made himself available. If ever were issues in the future

I wait months to be seen, after begging for medical help. Im not really well enough to come to the office, but I manage with bucket and wheelchair. I wait well over an hour in the room after ive given the info they needed. The doctor was nice enough. Unless he was providing a delivery, I dont find it acceptable to have such a long wait time. I do understand its not uncommon for OB appointments to be like that, Ive had many prior. It is just frustrating, especially when I had to wait, bedridden and unwell for care. The front office and nurses are kind.I hope terribly the long wait is not a consistent occurrence.
