After the MRI that I had done, I was told to immediately come in and get a cast on, but I was not able to find out information before I came in to get the cast on. It would have been nice to have gotten some information first before I came in.

Hi, Cathy, as always, did a great job. She's very knowledgeable. In fact, I was asking her about why she's a PA versus a doctor, and we had an interesting conversation about that. But she's very professional and knows her stuff, and I'm totally satisfied with the job she does.

I definitely felt like she was concerned about my issue. She told me what options I have to help alleviate the issue. She also explained that while I am far from surgery, she assured me that if I had an issues, I could call to come back in.

I told the woman (nurse?) who was to give me stitches that lidocain does not work on me, but I knew something else would, but I didn't know the name. All she new were derivatives of lidocaine. She should have been able to come up with the alternative. The wound had to be glued because she didn't know anything else. This was NOT the Doctor that had been treating me.
