When I walked up to the counter to check in, the front desk person was on their phone playing. I stood there for about 30 seconds and then started saying, excuse me. She didn't acknowledge me until I said excuse me about five times and kept raising my voice louder and louder. After that, she was rude to me and huffed and puffed and acted like I was bothering her.
