Wellstar must have sent a dozen emails texts and calls not to miss this appointment. I even had to arrive at 15 minutes before scheduled time and this after I completed info in my chart. After all this I had to wait 25 minutes after my scheduled time of 10 am to get started by the technician Not my best experience with a Wellstar practice

The PA that we saw was absolutely excellent!! However we were not aware they we were going to have to pay extra for X-rays. We were told to come early for X-rays , but it was NEVER explained to us that this $88 dollar charge would be added. I would go to another orthopedist for this reason alone.
