Cathy is one of the best physicians that I've been to. She always treats me really well. Everybody in the front office is very great and nice. And Ms. Cathy always talks to me and makes me understand how she is going to treat me so I can get the best care with getting my hands together. And every time that I leave from there, I feel better. And she makes me feel better and I don't have to come back so often. And I really appreciate all the support that she has given me through these trying times that I have been having for the last six, seven months with my hands. Well, actually over a year. So I really do appreciate the whole staff, but definitely Ms. Cathy. Thank you so much. Y'all have a happy holiday.

I slightly downgraded front office rating because I arrived early as requested but no one was at the desk for 20 minutes. Another patient had waited 30. No problem if there had been some sign or notice of expected return. And since I was not seen by the physician but by Assistant Thomas I can't speak to the practice as a whole. I CAN say PA Thomas was personable, thorough, compassionate and highly informative.
