Friendly employees greeted me and made me feel welcome. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the surgical technical equipment. Normally I would head to the emergency room at the hospital. I NEVER go to clinics or urgent cares. I tried this urgent care because it's 5 minutes from my house. I received wonderful hospital care and definitely recommend this urgent care.

Thank you to the staff and Provider Cassie Bishop. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave to me. Although I am stubborn and did not want to come to be treated I knew that if left untreated it would get worse. They were very kind listened to my issue and treated the issue appropriately. I really want to say thank you for your time and dedications. Your treatment gave me so much relief that by the time I made it home it had started to kick in and I was able to actually relax some and rest. I can't thank you enough.

Well, I can't see anything that needs improving. This is my third time visiting the urgent care, and I just love the staff. I love the cleanliness. I just love everyone that's employed there that I came in contact with. It made me feel really comfortable and at ease, and I just really enjoyed, you know, bringing my child there because the staff, the nurse, everyone is just so polite and understanding. and manner. I just really, I really love all of them. I could have gone to another one, but I always like to come to that one. So I'll hit with thank you.

I am writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit. Unfortunately, my interaction with the front office receptionist was very uncomfortable. She appeared visibly annoyed, huffed and puffed, and her demeanor came across as rude and unwelcoming. This made me feel quite uncomfortable as someone bringing their sick children in to be seen. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I have never had an experience like this at any Wellstar facility before. My past experiences have always been positive, professional, and patient-centered, which is why this stood out to me. I hope this feedback can be used constructively, as patient interactions-especially at the front desk-set the tone for the entire visit. Thank you for taking the time to review my concern.

I've only recently had to visit an urgent care in my life, and I'm very happy about this one opening and being so close to home. NP Cassie, and the staff there show they care about what you're going through and want to help remedy it. I really appreciate that after not feeling well and working a long day. I won't hesitate to go there when not feeling well. And it's great to know that there is such a wonderful new Urgent Care so close, and to feel comfortable to go to.
