Yes, the person at the front desk had an issue with how to scan the license and rather my ID and also the insurance card and wanting me to email it to her. And also it was like I, what was the purpose of checking in at the kiosk with the clear stuff if I had to do all this. and especially when I already have my license and insurance card on file with WellSTAR. So it was a waste of time and standing at the front desk for a long time when I was in discomfort.
