Everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait to be seen , I was checked in at the front desk and went straight to back to room. Excellent service way to go Ladies.

I am writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit. Unfortunately, my interaction with the front office receptionist was very uncomfortable. She appeared visibly annoyed, huffed and puffed, and her demeanor came across as rude and unwelcoming. This made me feel quite uncomfortable as someone bringing their sick children in to be seen. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I have never had an experience like this at any Wellstar facility before. My past experiences have always been positive, professional, and patient-centered, which is why this stood out to me. I hope this feedback can be used constructively, as patient interactions-especially at the front desk-set the tone for the entire visit. Thank you for taking the time to review my concern.

I've only recently had to visit an urgent care in my life, and I'm very happy about this one opening and being so close to home. NP Cassie, and the staff there show they care about what you're going through and want to help remedy it. I really appreciate that after not feeling well and working a long day. I won't hesitate to go there when not feeling well. And it's great to know that there is such a wonderful new Urgent Care so close, and to feel comfortable to go to.

Every single staff person at this office deserves a raise! We had been to 4 other urgent care locations & could not get an online nor walk-in appointment. I knew I needed help, & this office was more than accommodating. They were kind, concerned, & knowledgeable...even at closing time on Christmas Eve!

we waited over an hour and was never told how long the wait was other patients after us were told. they never checked my daughters information so she was seen under another patient where our information didn't even match she was not able to get her medication bc of this huge mix up. when we called to figure it out and get it fixed it took them over 5 hours to call us back. never got it fixed and she never got her medication.

The absolute best urgent care facility I have ever visited! Extremely clean, bright and calm waiting area. The best part of my visit was the staff! From when I first signed in until my discharge, the entire staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Every Urgent care should model after this one! Great job ladies!! You deserve your flowers!!!

I truly enjoyed Cassie! She is a great provider. This is my second time in contact with her and she always speak very fluidly for me to understand the medical jargon's and ensures I have zero concerns before leaving.

Every single staff person at this office deserves a raise! We had been to 4 other urgent care locations & could not get an online nor walk-in appointment. I knew I needed help, & this office was more than accommodating. They were kind, concerned, & knowledgeable...even at closing time on Christmas Eve!

I've only recently had to visit an urgent care in my life, and I'm very happy about this one opening and being so close to home. NP Cassie, and the staff there show they care about what you're going through and want to help remedy it. I really appreciate that after not feeling well and working a long day. I won't hesitate to go there when not feeling well. And it's great to know that there is such a wonderful new Urgent Care so close, and to feel comfortable to go to.

I am writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit. Unfortunately, my interaction with the front office receptionist was very uncomfortable. She appeared visibly annoyed, huffed and puffed, and her demeanor came across as rude and unwelcoming. This made me feel quite uncomfortable as someone bringing their sick children in to be seen. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I have never had an experience like this at any Wellstar facility before. My past experiences have always been positive, professional, and patient-centered, which is why this stood out to me. I hope this feedback can be used constructively, as patient interactions-especially at the front desk-set the tone for the entire visit. Thank you for taking the time to review my concern.
