It was a tear jerker experience for me. My pain was severe and I really had no idea how much I needed medicine to help me until I got my shots at the facility. The doctor gave me much needed advice and medicine I didn't even know could help so much. I was so glad I went to your Urgent Care facility.

I thought the PA said she was going to call in an Rx to the pharmacy that had a stronger mg. When that didn't happen, I called back. The lady in the pharmacy phone said she would check and I should expect a call back. That did not happen.

I think the staff was very rude. It seemed like when I got back and I got my blood pressure and questions, it seemed more like a school talking to, a teacher talking to school children being very stern. It wasn't very welcoming and very calm and polite. It was more very just stern and to the point and I did not feel comfortable at all. I felt like I was being told off, like I was being, like I was doing something wrong. It just felt very military. It didn't feel calming. I work in the medical field and it should be very calming, very nice, very pleasant and I did not get any of that. That's very unfortunate because WellStar is usually a very good place but I got a very bad experience.

The entire staff from the front desk receptionist to the tech lady to the actual physician were all phenomenal! As soon as I entered the building I was treated by the front desk lady. She checked me in and they called me back within 10 minutes. I'm so excited that this new establishment is here! I commend the staff.
