The main complaint about this office. You make a appointment. I showed up on time. The arrival time. You just sit there waiting. And waiting. 30 to 45 minutes. Before you see anybody. Or they chk you in. And you sit in the room.

My appointment was at 8am and check in at 8:45.at 7:16am I received a text "are you here yet" I got to the office at approximately 7:30am the receptionist checked me in, I also then responded to the text YES". I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour it was NOT a busy day, finally I went to the receptionist told her I have been waiting over an joy, she apologized as she has me down as a "no show" by the time I was able to be "squeezed in" my blood pressure was 155/70. I was given a form to sign also had to sign an estimate. How was I listed as a "no show" This is my second time I encountered an issue prior I got to the office another excuse " we called you no answer so we left you a message, had to reschedule. I never got a message I have no issues with my phone.SMH

She was efficient in the sense of her knowledge sitting there talking to me, but I also liked the fact she was able to go to the computer, pull up information, and discuss what she thought might be my issue. So that was very helpful, reassuring, and I appreciated her time and her disposition and her bedside manner. She's definitely an asset to your operation over there.

Anytime you use a new doctor or NP I am alittle hesitant but as soon as Carrie walked in introducing herself and starting talking to me about my issue, I felt totally at ease..she has such a great bedside manner, really listens and very thorough. She was awesome
