I had another wonderful experience with Carrie today. She is consistently amazing. She's very attentive and thorough and genuinely caring. She always takes the time to listen and make sure all of my questions are answered and never makes the appointment feel rushed. It's obvious that she truly cares about her patience and makes such a difference. I also want to recognize her CMA Poonam She was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind and welcoming and very attentive she made me feel comfortable from the moment she brought me back her warmth and compassion really stood out Carrie and Poonam make an incredible team. It is ready to find a healthcare experience where you feel so genuinely cared for and I'm very grateful for both of them they are truly an asset to the practice.

Hi, Carrie did a great job. I have to say though that the parking situation is very frustrating because it's very hard to find a spot and when I'm already not feeling well it's hard to have to drive around and try to find something like that. And then also it was very hard for me to actually talk to someone to try to make an appointment. I was on hold for a really long time and then I still had to leave a message after like being on hold for 10 minutes. So that would be nice too. But Carrie is wonderful and she did a very thorough job. Thanks. Bye.

My husband accompanied me to this visit and we both were not made aware of the recording.
