Hi, I was very satisfied with the staff here. They're wonderful. They tried to help me very much, but we were unsuccessful in getting to be able to have a video teleconference. So when we left, she was going to connect me to the scheduling department to reschedule my appointment. But when she left to do that, the phone went off. So I called the office to reschedule the appointment and I was on hold until it was time to close the office. Then I spoke with them on the phone on Monday to solve my issue and they were supposed to call me and confirm that they were able to do so and I have not heard from them yet. So there's some

My appointment was at 8am and check in at 8:45.at 7:16am I received a text "are you here yet" I got to the office at approximately 7:30am the receptionist checked me in, I also then responded to the text YES". I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour it was NOT a busy day, finally I went to the receptionist told her I have been waiting over an joy, she apologized as she has me down as a "no show" by the time I was able to be "squeezed in" my blood pressure was 155/70. I was given a form to sign also had to sign an estimate. How was I listed as a "no show" This is my second time I encountered an issue prior I got to the office another excuse " we called you no answer so we left you a message, had to reschedule. I never got a message I have no issues with my phone.SMH
