I saw someone by the name of Dr. Scully and she was just super nice, really informative and she listened to me so I really liked her. In other words, if it's where I could see her on a regular basis as my primary care, I would have. Okay, thanks. That's good. Bye.

I waited about 2.5 hours to be taken back from the waiting room, and because of my family situation I couldn't stay long enough to see the provider. They also said once I had an X-ray it would take another hour to get it read. The receptionist said there would be a wait, but did not give me an estimate. I understand a reservation is not an appointment, but maybe this location should have said sooner that they'd reached capacity and couldn't schedule any reservations (as the Greystone location had done on the same day). Everyone was very courteous.

I was referred to the wrong provider and left in a good bit of pain. Carol and the staff were super nice. But very quickly out of their depth then was referred to the wrong place causing a delay in being seen. Hopefully will be seen tomorrow service was excellent outcome was subpar as in pain and now have a delay so to incorrect referral.

My first visit I walked out. Rude at the counter and told me it would be a long wait because a room was being cleaned. Next day the front desk staff was much better but struggled to check us in. I was in incrusting pain but I guess it's first come first serve no matter the condition or pain level. The shots did relieve my pain and the medical assistance that administered then was kind, patient, and understanding.

But very quickly out of their depth then was referred to the wrong place causing a delay in being seen. Hopefully will be seen tomorrow service was excellent outcome was subpar as in pain and now have a delay so to incorrect referral.
