The front staff made sure and informed me my paperwork in the computer was correct. Carol in the back was sympathetic to my poison ivy, took pictures and prescribed steroid in pill form. I was skeptical of the pill, but they did work, along with the cream after two days.

My first visit I walked out. Rude at the counter and told me it would be a long wait because a room was being cleaned. Next day the front desk staff was much better but struggled to check us in. I was in incrusting pain but I guess it's first come first serve no matter the condition or pain level. The shots did relieve my pain and the medical assistance that administered then was kind, patient, and understanding.
