One confusing issue - I called for an appointment, was told to walk in, then waited 2 1/2 hours to see the provider. The delay, as far as I could tell, was because others were given appointments.

This provider was very caring, patient and intentive about my son's needs. He is intellectually disabled and on the autism spectrum when he isn't feeling well he can come off as being rude. This provider was very understanding of that. Will definitely use this office again. Thank you!

You should not take appointments at 6pm or later at this place. Because the staff doesn't want to get stuck there after 7:30pm , their closing time. I wasted $600 going to Urgent Care, only to be pushed off to Wellstar Paulding ER (which was another horrible experience) I'm not happy with my experiences and will not use either of these 2 facilities again.

They had Internet issues, but I was patient with them as they were trying to get their system up and running. They were able to get me scheduled almost immediately, and I was called right back after fixing the system issue. No complaints.

i had a 6:20 appt. radiologist took more than hour. it was late, team seemed rushed to leave. i had to return next day cause temp splint did not fit, too tight, did not immobilize toe. care person left my birkenstock on wheelchair, so i am missing one birkenstock. referral too ortho was not appropriate cause doctor does not do feet. had to call for another referral. did not leave with x-ray on cd just bad quality photocopy so had to return to pick up imagining cd.
