I love Dr. Goolsby and his staff, and I trust Dr. Goolsby with my life. He's an excellent doctor, an excellent listener, and I'm really going to miss him when I move away. He is a 100-star doctor. And I love him. I mean, not love, you know, I love him as a doctor.

I have been going to Wellstar for a few years now and every staff member I have encountered has been very cautious, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Goolsby is a gem of a doctor! His relaxed and friendly disposition (while maintaining absolute professionalism), allows me to talk about my health issues without any self consciousness. I'm really blessed to be one of his patients.

I'm only able to see Dr. Goolsby once a year for my physical provided I make my appointment a year in advance. Last time when I was sick, it took me two weeks to make an appointment to see a nurse practitioner. Just wish it was easier to see a provider whom I trust.

Very Understanding and listened to what I was telling them. As always it was a very pleasant, knowledgeable and informed experience. When I left, I knew my Care was in good hands.

I called in prior to my appointment and my connection was interrupted by the nurse calling from the practice to ask intake questions. Once that was completed I was instructed on screen to rejoin the call which I did. Prior to Dr Goolsby joining, my call timed out and I started over with my connection just in time for Dr Goolsby to join. This exact process has happened to my wife with a primary care tele visit. I believe it has something to do with the Amwell virtual software. When Dr Goolsby joined the call my AirPods stopped working and my iPhone switched to speaker. I put my AirPods away and noticed my camera stopped working so Dr Goolsby had no video of me but I could still see him. He did a great job and we heard each other well, but this Amwell software is glitchy.
