I was seen promptly upon my arrival and at my appointment's scheduled time. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Goolsby was compassionate, friendly, and courteous. He took time to listen to me and explain things to me. This was my first visit and I will use Dr. Goolsby as my primary care physician in the future.

I felt like the call was a waste of time of time. I was asked to join the call around 11:30 for a 11:45 appt and didn't speak to the doctor until about 12:10 or so I. I normally follow up every 6 mos so not sure why Nurse Practitioner wanted me to be seen in 3 mos and apparently the doctor wasn't sure why I was scheduled either. He moved me back to every 6 months. I just felt it was a waste of time and money for a video call when I eas having no issues.

Scheduling through the app is not a great experience. I initially scheduled through the app and the earliest available day was over 45 days out. My wife told me to call in and I was able to reschedule that same appointment to within a week. If all days aren't available through the app it shouldn't be offered as a convenient way to make appointments. I also had a similar issue scheduling my yearly physical which is due in over 120 days but the app showed no days available. On that same call I was able to get an appointment.
