Dr. Goolsby is the only provider my husband trusts. The only reason we're going there is because of him. One thing we want to mention that is not a reflection of him or his office. Lately, we are inundated with texts, emails and phone calls to confirm our appointments. Once we have confirmed the appointment and have already checked in on MyChart, we should only be receiving one more phone call as a reminder, not email + text + phone call almost every other day.

Hi, I'd like to say that it is a pleasure to drive the distance to go to Harem, Georgia to see your doctors there. They have everybody you need in one building. I love the friendliness. I love the competency. And I love the thoroughness of this doctor and hospital facility. I recommend anybody having issues with where they're getting treated, go there. The people are very, very courteous. They're pleasant. They smile. And they do their work with pride. Go there and you will not be disappointed.

My kudos to the team of Dr. Goolsby. The check-in crew were terrific and on top of the game; they expected me, checked me in quickly and kindly and professionally. The check-out crew did the same. Ms. Symone was courteous and professional as she took my vitals, got my history, and set me up for Dr. Goolsby. Dr. Goolsby was impressive. Clearly very smart and sharp, very fit himself (it might sound odd, but it's cool to have a fit, health-practicing doctor), clearly knowledgeable, thorough, and he empowered me to make my own decisions about my healthcare. He made sure I was heard and gave me opportunity to ask questions. Terrific stuff. The phlebotomy lab was overworked. It took me almost an hour from check-in till being called. Certainly not the end of the world, and the phlebotomists were kind and patient, considering the workload they had, but the load was clearly stressing all present.
