The staff was excellent, efficient, professional, hard working, and caring. Im a workplace such as a physicians practice, the staff often mimics the physicians attributes. I believe this is the case here, Carl Goolsby is simply a top notch physician. I cannot express how good he is or how grateful I am to have access to an excellent physician such as Dr Goolsby to be my primary care physician, in words on a survey. Thank you,

Scheduling through the app is not a great experience. I initially scheduled through the app and the earliest available day was over 45 days out. My wife told me to call in and I was able to reschedule that same appointment to within a week. If all days aren't available through the app it shouldn't be offered as a convenient way to make appointments. I also had a similar issue scheduling my yearly physical which is due in over 120 days but the app showed no days available. On that same call I was able to get an appointment.
