I was very disappointed when I checked in. I was five minutes late and they would not see me at 10 o'clock. I had to come back at 2 o'clock that afternoon, but when I got there at 2 o'clock, I waited 25 minutes to see the doctor. So that didn't make sense. My time is just as valuable as everybody else's, and I didn't appreciate having to come back.
