Candace said she was prescribing ear drops that were a combo of antibiotics and steroid. She called in an ear drops that is just an antibiotic. I don't know if it were a mistake or she lacks knowledge regarding the appropriate medication to order. The women at the front desk were very unfriendly and seemed annoyed. I've used this Wellstar location in the past, and was disappointed that I no longer have confidence in the quality of care provided there.

I came to urgent care by myself with a dog bite. I was feeling very stressed and in a lot of pain. Everyone took care of me right away with a great deal of empathy. I am very grateful. The one systemic thing I will add is that I did not appreciate having to sign in on a Computer screen. That is not accessible for a lot of people and was not ideal with a dog bite on my hand.

Candy, the doctor who saw me was lovely. The assistants however, not so much. The person who called me today to follow up got annoyed when I corrected her mispronunciation of my name and marital status and really annoyed when I told her I was busy because I have a full time job. The girl who took me in initially was also not very nice. I don't need someone who is not a doctor informing me about my blood pressure when she knows nothing of my situation. She was one of the reasons it spiked because it goes crazy when I'm upset. Again, the attending physician, Candy, was lovely and professional. Thank you.

The provider was very helpful even though I still had symptoms and they said I didn't have strep or anything else like that. The symptoms lasted for a week but she had the insight to give me an antibiotic. So I've been on the antibiotic and for whatever reason I am feeling much, much better. There was a lot of chest congestion. There was a lot of pulse nasal drip after a bee sting. which I obviously had an allergic reaction to, and I did not realize I was allergic to bees. So she was very helpful and insightful in giving me a steroid shot with antibiotics, and then she put me on antibiotic afterwards. So I was very grateful for that. As you can see, my throat is still not all the way back, and there's still some postnasal drips, so I am taking the Mucinex and the antibiotic. I have about six days more, so hopefully it will clear itself up. But she was very good. Thank you.
