I appreciate how kind, efficient and thorough all of the staff who provided care were! We are so thankful to have this urgent care location in our community.

I was in the office for over two hours. I was the only patient! Sat out front for 15 minutes. Then in 15 more before the PN came in. Ordered xray. Twenty minutes later I opened the door and asked one of the three women who were gathered around a computer laughing.asked one of them of them to tell my husband to go home and I would call him after they would ever work on me. Turns out that the check in girl was the X-ray tech!!! The 2hour stay could have been easily done in less than 30 minutes. The PN could and should have taken charge instead of watching the computer funnies
