No real discharge instructions. Everything went to EPIC to look up later and the medication instructions all said "follow directions on package." That was the same directions on the packages. It would have been appropriate to have reviewed what the different instructions for each medication was prior to leaving if that was all the written instructions were going to be.

this was the most sterile, unhappy group of people I have ever encountered. no one smiled. then, after the doc came in, the nurse came back and told me I go get my prescriptions they called in....i had to ask for what! no one told me test results, what medicine I needed, what to do if I didn't get better. it was the worst wellstar visit I have ever had.

Ms. Colston the provider was amazing. She was very attentive, patient and explained step-by-step every process. She was professional and treated my son with so much care. She did everything possible to get to the cause of my son's symptoms. I will definitely recommend her and this facility to family and friends.

It can be very stressful and difficult to deal with making the right decisions regarding the large fees involved with self pay and being very sick. That is a policy issue and the staff is not responsible for any confusion as they were understanding.

The doctor didn't seem to know what to advise..said my ears and sinuses were good..sent me on to emergency room. There the doctor was great..ended up being sinus infection/migraine..

A little irreverence (laughing and distraction) going on in the ER at entrance among techs. I waited in a wheelchair for them to finish their conversation before they took my vitals. I was feeling pretty badly at that point and didn't get the feeling I was their most urgent priority at that point. It may have only been a couple of minutes but felt much longer to me.
