I have been to several Urgent Care facilities ( Piedmont and Well Star) and at different locations and this was the best experience at a urgent care facility I have every received. Okay, first off, the medical staff is wonderful. I was so happy to find out Candy was on duty there, the MP. But let me tell you, your office staff, I had an appointment that I made the day before. I showed up 10 minutes early. You know how long I waited to see somebody? Nearly two hours. And it was only after I saw three people go in after me, before me rather, that I got to inquire. And the person at the front desk became defensive instead of helping me or trying to understand my situation.
