This new Wellstar Urgent care is excellent. Staff and facilities. Have had to visit 3 times since they opened and each experience has been excellent. Glad it was added and made available to us.

I really felt bad and was told to sit in the chair. There was a table that I could've laid down on, but it was obviously meant not to be sat on. I felt dizzy and faint, and would really like to have laid down on the bed. I will pay extra money to pay for the paper so that I can lay down when not feeling well.

Candace Colston was great and very helpful but the front office staff seemed inconvenienced today, as did the nurse that got me settled in the room and took my swab. She didn't tell me what she was testing for or how long it would take to get results. She seemed annoyed.

Very sweet staff throughout the whole process. So glad to have this location close to my house now. Front desk staff was amazing the MA was so nice and listen and so was the doctor. She was extremely helpful.
