The staff was amazing. Unfortunately, I was there on the second and the fifth, and the staff was pleasing and amazing both times. So it wasn't just happenstance. It was definitely, they were definitely great. And everything from beginning to end was amazing. I wouldn't change anything. I don't have anything to recommend to fix or improve because it was simply outrageous, great service.

The physician stated that if we had an issue, we could have a subsequent antibiotic called in a couple days after the, if his symptoms worsen. I called back up there and they basically said that they couldn't do that and I was going to have to either bring him back in or have a, go to the emergency room, which is absolutely asinine. So honestly, I'm not happy with the level of care because he's not better and now I'm going to either have to take him to another urgent care or do something to get an antibiotic, which he should have had in the first place.
