Both Callie and Paula were not only very professionally competent but also respectfully caring and responsive to my needs. My hearing loss could have been detrimental to my receiving a full benefit from the assessment process, but Callie provided me with assistive hearing earphones that enabled me to hear clearly during the evaluation process. A report and explanation orally of the findings was provided promptly.
