Dr Dunn was not understanding and acted like I knew nothing about my mother's care nor what she went through when she became paralyzed. Had to speak to her superior about her. She wanted to falsify information on my mum. She was arranging and cold. She needs to show more empathy and learn to listen. Looking to file a complaint with Wellstar over her millennial attitude. Awful person who needs to go back to school

The telephone visit was very convenient. As I age transportation becomes more difficult. My family and I were able to gather around the telephone and everyone could hear directly from the doctor.
