Dr. McKenzie-Taylor dismissed my concerns about my TSH levels entirely, even though my OBGYN was concerned enough to put in a referral for me to see an Endocrinologist. My OBGYN ended up having to manage my thyroid medication themselves, as Dr. McKenzie-Taylor refused. I paid a $50 copay and had to rearrange my work schedule for this appointment for an absolute joke of a visit.

I was also overly pleased with her attendant that checked me in in the office, the one that took my blood pressure and everything. Absolutely wonderful. I, however, was not very pleased with the front desk. When I came in, I signed in and took a sheet, not to be just standing there, and was almost overlooked by someone else who came in. I understand mistakes happen, but yeah, for me, I just felt I didn't appreciate it. All right, thank you.
