From the moment I walked in the office the staff made me feelat ease. Dr. McKenzie-Taylor gave me the guidance and answers I needed to move forward with my treatment. Even the lab was great!

Dr. McKenzie-Taylor dismissed my concerns about my TSH levels entirely, even though my OBGYN was concerned enough to put in a referral for me to see an Endocrinologist. My OBGYN ended up having to manage my thyroid medication themselves, as Dr. McKenzie-Taylor refused. I paid a $50 copay and had to rearrange my work schedule for this appointment for an absolute joke of a visit.

I, however, was not very pleased with the front desk. When I came in, I signed in and took a sheet, not to be just standing there, and was almost overlooked by someone else who came in.
