I need my doctor to be more aggressive with the insurance company and explaining to them that there's already a history for me to get the medication that I need. Instead of playing the games with the insurance company. The doctor should be the one in charge!!!... not the insurance company. Honestly, I'm sickened and by the whole thing.

Shiena at the front desk is the nicest person to ever assist patients. She is so nice and easy to speak to. She give multiple options for appointments to ensure that they are just what you need! Secondly, Dr. McKenzie-Taylor is the absolute best! I love this office!

I would prefer that the doctor speaks directly to me. Anything that is discussed that I don't understand will be questioned by me. I feel as if I get left out of any important discussion when I am the patient! I understand that time is an important part of the job but my understanding of what's being said is important to me since we are talking about my life!
