I was waiting to get my labs drawn for 6-7 minutes. I didn't see the lab technician. When a nurse went in her office, she told the technician, I was out there. She came out & told me she had an appointment & had to leave. She continued to talk to the nurse. Bad customer service.

The Dr. listen and took my concerns seriously. We are working together to improve and create a healthier future for me. The young lady who took my blood was careful, she talked me through and made me feel cared for. It was a positive experience!

The doctor was very, very thorough and very patient and very nice and concerned about my health. Very, very good experience on my first visit. But the assistant, whoever took my vitals and temperature and all that, was not too, too friendly. It was not, but the doctor itself was excellent, excellent. Good, good visit, my first visit. I highly recommend to my family member differently.

Dr. McKenzie Taylor was very thorough in conversing with me regarding my health. She made the necessary adjustments with my medication to reach a goal of lowering my A1C. When I left her office I felt like we worked together as a team to accomplish our goal for a better A1C reading and I was excited to get started on our new plan.
