Yesterday I went to a new primary care doctor in the Piedmont system across the street. Today, I saw Dr. Brittany Mckenzie-Taylor. It was like night and day difference between the two doctors and health care systems. And I say this in a positive way. Dr. M-K did not rush me. She went through my four written questions. She explained things very well for me and offered her opinion, which I value. I can't tell you how grateful and happy I felt leaving the office this morning. And the staff at checkout was so good too. They gave me my written discharge info in paper and verbally. So much appreciated. Bravo to all.

And then after meeting the doctor, without question, I've already told my daughter about her and I'm just excited to know that I have a doctor that I entrust with my health. Thank you.
