The doctor and team are always super friendly.

The exam room was freezing. I understand it is a building issue but you should bring space heaters into the rooms to address temp. Laying without clothes in a freezing room was not fun. In addition the provider was one hour late to my appointment time. While I can overlook up to 15-20 min an hour is unacceptable. Provider was nice and friendly but being a new patient I felt could have shown more compassion and feedback based on topics.

Had a phone appointment but the doctor was a no show twice! I understand things come up and patient care can be delayed but, an effective process would be for a staff member to manage the online appointment and simply notify patients of a delay or a cancellation. That's respectful! That's professional! I didn't get any of that! When I was connected to the nurse she offered no apology! Not so ever! A practice that truly cares would have followed up with a simple email, phone call to say sorry for not making it. Non of that has happened and I am certain it will not happen.

I was in the waiting room for approximately 45 minutes before I was called back. I was told that there was only a doctor and a nurse, I think, but the waiting time was pretty rough.

Strange amount of paperwork at check in, given all the information available in Epic. The form that had me list allergies and medications I just put "check Epic". Seemed pointless to write all that down when the office has that information. Perhaps screen and only ask new Wellstar patients to fill out that type of information... feels redundant

As a health provider it is definitely a place that I would choose to work as well. Very clean. Staff were quick and efficient. The physician was thorough and went into a lot of detail. Excellent
