Dr. Brian Giles was very direct, eye-to-eye contact and very patient awareness of what was needed for my procedure that is upcoming. I definitely respect the level of what I feel I would have in healthcare and patient care basically. Other than that, I'm just waiting for the next spot. I appreciate the time and courtesy that he gave. Thank you.

Yes, Dr. Brian Giles was amazing. He made me feel really safe and talked me through everything that was going to happen during my gallbladder removal. He was amazing and I am so grateful that my surgeon before him did not work out because he treated me very well with respect and understood that I had anxiety about the surgery itself. He did great and I am on the road to recovery. Thank you so much. Again, I am so blessed that I met you and I will definitely recommend you.

I understand my surgeon was away for 2 weeks. Dr. Giles was fine. He just wasn't very forthcoming with info. If I didn't ask the question, he wouldn't have provided info. So, at this point, I don't know what I don't know.
