Number one, the place was clean, the environment was open and warm, and what I do enjoy is the front receptionist had great, wonderful customer service, and so is the nurses in the back. Very pleasant, very professional, warm, inviting, and make you feel good. So, yes, excellent, excellent choice.

Office and back office of staff are wonderful. Dr. Giles is rude. I waited for him over an hour. He seemed irritated once he walked into the room. When I wanted to tell him the date of a tentative surgery date. He cut me off from finishing my sentence.

Lady at the front desk, coming in, was absolutely a sweetheart all the way around! I don't you could of hired anyone better at that job!! She is a 5 star front desk, first encounter when you walk in a Drs. Office, hands down! And I can't help myself but to say this, if only all Drs. could look like Dr. Giles. My goodness, and his demeanor was as impressive as his looks!

Yes, the providers, the surgeon, Dr. Giles, was great, wonderful. I have no complaints. But getting to go see him and jumping through those hoops was terrible. The Cobb ER, it was just bad. But once I got to Giles, he was wonderful and took care of all of my needs. Grateful to him for that.

Also, the intake specialist was very friendly. In addition, Kitty was very encouraging regarding my rent weight lost and made my visit more comfortable before I met with Dr. Giles.
