Upon making my appointment, I was told the provider/doctor would be my provider/doctor to perform my procedure. But once examined and then speaking with the provider/doctor, I was advised he could not, perform the procedure and another provider that I choose not to go with, is actually the provider that Had to, perform my procedure.

Everything was fantastic at the visit. All the front office staff was nice. The two ladies that were in the room with me, the nurses were excellent. Dr. Giles was wonderful. The visit was fantastic. No issues of any kind. Even the person that called me to schedule my surgery was very pleasant and answered a couple of questions for me. So all in all, very pleased with everything that happened with the visits and the phone calls afterwards. Thanks.
