Office and back office of staff are wonderful. Dr. Giles is rude. I waited for him over an hour. He seemed irritated once he walked into the room. When I wanted to tell him the date of a tentative surgery date. He cut me off from finishing my sentence.

Lady at the front desk, coming in, was absolutely a sweetheart all the way around! I don't you could of hired anyone better at that job!! She is a 5 star front desk, first encounter when you walk in a Drs. Office, hands down! And I can't help myself but to say this, if only all Drs. could look like Dr. Giles. My goodness, and his demeanor was as impressive as his looks!
