I was only late due to the office being hard to locate and I went to another office building and had to walk around until I could locate the correct office. Several other people in the lobby complained about the exact same thing so it definitely a hard location to find. I would not have mind waiting but instead had to come back at 2pm. It was definitely frustrating and I will probably never schedule at this locate again. The doctor was nice and professional so was everyone else. The receptionist definitely lacked customer service skills and should be replaced.
