I reside in Middle Georgia and was recommended by my aunt that resides in Douglasville. I will grab a drive two hours to be able to be a patient at this facility. I really appreciate the kind welcomes and the knowledge that Dr. Bree was able to provide.

Overall a good visit, only complaint is it felt a little rushed but I also understand that it was a Monday.

I got there exactly at 9:15 and the receptionist would not let me be seen. I was only late due to the office being hard to locate and I went to another office building and had to walk around until I could locate the correct office. Several other people in the lobby complained about the exact same thing so it definitely a hard location to find. I would not have mind waiting but instead had to come back at 2pm. It was definitely frustrating and I will probably never schedule at this locate again. The doctor was nice and professional so was everyone else. The receptionist definitely lacked customer service skills and should be replaced.
