Dr. Brent was awesome. The staff was attentive. I would definitely be bringing my daughter back. He explained everything to me in which I could understand. And like I said, I would definitely be back and let him provide treatment and care for my daughter.

I have seen many medical doctors recently, trying to resolve my health struggles, and I felt more heard and seen by Dr. Griffin and his team than any other providers. He listened and responded with pertinent questions in kind and took time to explain his thoughts and reasoning. I appreciate it greatly.

Though the provider was fantastic, we waited for a very long time in the room. Our appointment was at 8:45am, we were called back at 8:30. A doctor (resident and fellow) didn't come in to see us until 10. I work nightshift and I fell asleep in the room waiting for the doctor to come in. Dr. Griffin was amazing and we will definitely be back, but the wait in the back was terrible especially since we were called back early.

First, The parking garage is a pathetic design with no clear markings at the outdoor top areas. At most levels there is a concrete jut-out that is supposed to be painted a bright yellow so that drivers can see them clearly. My wife did not see one and ran over it. No damage done that we know of. At the intake desk on the 3rd fl for my visit with Dr. Griffin the place is crowded due to space imitations. The interior patient waiting room was claustrophobic. The few employees that we encountered on Fl 3, were basically "matter-of-fact." It's just a job? That is all.....

The first interaction with the doctor that saw me was a little dissappointing. It came across as he wasn't really listening because on a few occassions, I was interrupted. He then came back in with the provider I made the appointment with, which made it seem that the doctor seeing me was in training. Also, even though I brought in all the medications I've been using to treat my allergies unsuccessfully, he just "prescribed" me other meds but funny enough they are OTC meds. However, he failed to provide me the instructions on how he would like me to use the medication. I left the office without any hope of getting my allergies under control. What a waste of everyone's time.

My appt. was for Allergy testing and I received a 15-20 minute discussion of injections to try and topicals to try. I've tried almost all OTC topical products which irritate my skin. Most prescription topicals (samples from Dermatologist) also irritate my skin or don't work. That's why I wanted an Allergy Test to know what ingredients to avoid overall. The response in the end was "I have Stress Allergies ." Supposedly no Testing was needed to diagnose why I have allergic reactions to topicals with many ingredients.
