This provider is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work. The last few visits he has come off as frustrated or irritated as soon as he walks in the door. It's hard to tell if it's us (the parents) with what we're telling him about his patient and what we're experiencing or going through. Or, if it is something else that has him on edge and he's just rushed. Either way, this is not very professional and feels very uncomfortable. We have tried to explain how reoccurring issues are and what factors we have noticed, but this seems to anger him almost, as we know that we are dealing with gene issues but just trying to relay other information to our allergist.

Though the provider was fantastic, we waited for a very long time in the room. Our appointment was at 8:45am, we were called back at 8:30. A doctor (resident and fellow) didn't come in to see us until 10. I work nightshift and I fell asleep in the room waiting for the doctor to come in. Dr. Griffin was amazing and we will definitely be back, but the wait in the back was terrible especially since we were called back early.

First, The parking garage is a pathetic design with no clear markings at the outdoor top areas. At most levels there is a concrete jut-out that is supposed to be painted a bright yellow so that drivers can see them clearly. My wife did not see one and ran over it. No damage done that we know of. At the intake desk on the 3rd fl for my visit with Dr. Griffin the place is crowded due to space imitations. The interior patient waiting room was claustrophobic. The few employees that we encountered on Fl 3, were basically "matter-of-fact." It's just a job? That is all.....
