My original appointment was with another provider who had to cancel. I was rescheduled (in a timely manner) with a new provider. Ms. WU. I know that everything happens for a reason. She was very sweet with my daughter. My daughter is on the spectrum and Ms.Wu and the nurse were very kind. They answered all our questions. Never made her feel uncomfortable and came up with a solution to fix the situation we were having. I've always had great experiences at Wellstar!

But overall, 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend sensitive to the experience, especially previously a couple months ago for what we've had to go through. So definitely would recommend.

Parking is very challenging and charged. The prepaid station was not working, and everyone was waiting at the exit to pay, creating delays. I was only 2 minutes over 1 hour, and was charged 2 hours. Signs in the building could also be improved to more clearly indicate the location of practices. As a first time patient, it took me a long time to locate where the physician office is.
