A great, great visit. I thought it went really well. My doctor's great, just met her, but she was incredibly thorough and attentive and got me, moved me forward in my healthcare. So I appreciated that. The facilities, very bizarre. I tried not, I did not complete the check-in forms because I didn't want to opt in to certain things, specifically for a pap smear. I was really hoping not to opt in to the required feature that I have to share video and photography of my crotch or whatever the heck. So I said at the front desk, I don't want to sign that. And I was informed that that was required if I want to receive care. And then also, probably they don't do anything like that in the OBGYN clinic, which I would imagine. However, it got me really spooked. And then I was in there.

Excellent experience! Dr. Brenda Wu was very informative on my condition and gave me all the options in detail. she took the time to listen to my concerns and guided me accordingly. I will definately go back to her. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and so was all the staff. Keep up the good work!

I have major anxiety when it comes to OBGYN appts. but Dr. Wu so kind and attentive, it was the most comfortable I have ever felt during an exam. She was amazing with my daughter as well. The office staff and nurses were also top notch. We felt at ease and cared for, not rushed or judged. It was truly the best experience I have had at an OBGYN office.

I went ahead with my Cigna insurance and this provider doesn't support it seems which am not aware. They insist me to pay $210 ish upfront and did not realize this kind of situation raises only if I go out of my network. Unfortunately, insurance folks sent me details of doctor who is in network and NOT the facility ( Wellstar Kennestone ). Atleast, if I could have been informed about it by the provider - could have managed. This costs me beyond my monthly estimation.
