I was not happy that I was forced to pay for an "outstanding balance" but the person collecting had no information about when it was due from or which doctor or procedure the balance was from. If office staff are required to collect, they should be able to provide this info. I could tell she was uncomfortable - front office staff should not be treated as collections.

If office staff are required to collect, they should be able to provide this info. I could tell she was uncomfortable - front office staff should not be treated as collections.
