Everything about this visit was amazing from the beginning to the end. It was very well uniformed. Each office should be doing this passport thingy that they do there at the gastroenterology. When I say top-notch service, top-notch service, from the nurse that took me back, her name was Porsche, she did amazing. She gave me all the amazing information that I needed to Brandy Yarbra, she came in amazing. From Brandy to scheduling with Rashina, I want to say her name is amazing. Even from the receptionist that checked me in, everything was done so amazing.

I was not happy that I was forced to pay for an "outstanding balance" but the person collecting had no information about when it was due from or which doctor or procedure the balance was from. If office staff are required to collect, they should be able to provide this info. I could tell she was uncomfortable - front office staff should not be treated as collections.
