The absolute best office visit that I can ever recall having anywhere. Sarah at the front desk is very friendly and helpful with initiating a new patient visit. LaShon the MA is professional, knowledgeable and does well with patient education for procedures. Brandy Davis, NP listened to my concerns and I felt not only heard but understood. Brandy in scheduling was great scheduling my procedure and explaining what to expect. Overall a 10/10 experience. I'm especially impressed with Epic and the streamline access it provides patients.

I waited 45 minutes and 5 minutes after logging on - the nursing assistant called me for prescreening so it was a good thing I was able to read the transcript of her voicemail & had to disconnect from the Zoom and call her back. The provider told me they were having technical difficulties but someone should have sent a text or called me.

Hello, Dr. Brandy spent a great deal of time going over my chart with me and informed me of illnesses that were shown up, had shown up during tests that I was totally, completely unaware of and they are illnesses that require medication immediately. So she also wants me to get another procedure to look at my small intestines, not just the large intestines. So I was very, very pleased with her.
