The provider we saw completely dismissed the concerns I had for my son and made me feel stupid for even coming to the clinic. My son is 1.5 months old and I was concerned by him having diarrhea, vomiting, low fever, hoarse voice and crying excessively. She said verbatim, "so you came in because your son has diarrhea???". She was also very short with me and acted rude. I left crying because I was so embarrassed. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. I will not be returning.

Reading his story, you understand what his condition is, but she never understood exactly what I wanted to explain about my son. Even though we had a translator, I already knew practically what she told me... she did not tell me anything new... They still have not given me a result, an exact diagnosis, and a definitive solution to the eye problem (the recurring styes due to his infection and the ear from swelling of his node).
