The parking is hard to navigate...the VA adjacent makes it confusing. The deck does not have the elevator clearly marked. The elevator is on the opposite corner from the children's hospital entrance which makes navigating with a stroller difficult.

And I totally understand that things get backed up and all, but it would be just nice for somebody to come in and say, hey, we're running a little bit behind. Today was so much better. The lady working registration was so helpful and very respectful when talking to me and my son. She is awesome!! The doctors, nurse, and ultrasound tech today was awesome as well. Everyone made my son feel comfortable and like he was heard. The staff today was much better.

My husband and I were just so impressed with the facilities and we were helped by everybody. I felt like everybody genuinely wanted to help and just make sure that we had everything that we needed, that we knew where we were going. And we, you know, we were coming from Savannah, so I had never even been to August, so we were not really sure and didn't really know anything about the facility where we were going, but it was just a really, really good experience. Everybody was super helpful and super friendly and just I could tell that everybody just really cared about what they were doing and who they were helping with.

I work in health care myself, and so I'm very observant whenever it comes to my kid, and I was extremely impressed. He showed concern and pretty much made me feel like he had a plan and knew exactly what he was doing.

The front office ladies seem like they don't really care. It's kind of, you know, like a front office job to them. But Dr. Morgan Stern was one of the best, like, if not the best doctor in Rax I've ever had. He's a great down-to-earth guy who knows his stuff and cares about patients getting better, not even with the issues they came for, but from many other things. But I think he was a great doctor. I'd recommend him to anyone. If we had more doctors like that, especially in pediatrics, there would be a lot less issues in the world. That's all I have to say, I have to say.
