He is the first doctor throughout this whole process with Wellstar who truly listened to me and answered all my questions about my hands. The other doctors I have seen did not show that same care. I was greeted upon arrival and given paperwork to review. Within a couple of minutes I was called back to be seen. Bobby listened to me and asked questions to clarify my symptoms and then examined. He injected my left hand and recommended treatment for the locking in the joints of two fingers on my right hand. Bobby told me if my symptoms weren't better in 3 weeks to return. Very efficient and effective treatment.

I would just like to say the office was awesome. Everybody was friendly and knowledgeable. I was late and they still went and asked if I could be seen before just telling me no. The nurse was very communicative and positive and Bobby was just friendly and positive and gentle and did not have a problem with answering questions and letting me look at my own x-rays also. Put those in the dining room. Right there in that dining room. Yeah. No, there's those. Cause them confidence is cheap and stuff. Oh, and um, yeah. And the only negative thing was it's hard to find y'all because of the name is not at the street with that address. So that was another reason I was running a little later than I was already running late. Thank you.

I was supposed to have a follow-up phone call from the nurse yesterday to set up a schedule for surgery on my hand, and I work during the day if I have a hard time with carving out time or remembering to call. And so tomorrow morning, I guess I'm going to have to go by there and get the surgery scheduled. I don't appreciate having to do someone else's job.
