First time going to this facility and I was very impressed with the whole experience. I had a little problem finding the main entrance, but then I finally saw a sign and went in the door. Immediately there was the information desk and a woman told me how to get to my doctors office. As soon as I registered in the office, I didn't really have time to sit down. They took me right back and I had actually gotten to my appointment a little early. Soon as I got in the room, the nurse came in and got my information. Soon as she left, the PA came in and we talked probably about 30 minutes about my issue. He didn't act at all like he was in a hurry and gave me some educational material about my condition. Immediately, after that, the scheduling woman talked with me about scheduling my surgery and then handed me a folder with all the information in it. Everything moved along very quickly, and I never actually had to sit and wait, all of the staff and the PA who I met were very professional and friendly. After I got home, I was telling my family how impressed I was with the whole thing and I had a much better experience there than I have been having at Atrium in Rome where I generally have to sit and wait and wait then move to another room and sit and wait and wait then move to my actual room and sit and wait again. It was a good experience at Wellstar.

Bobby listened to my complaints for both of my hands, examined my hands thoroughly, showed me how to check my hand periodically for Dupuytren's contracture, injected my hands to help with the pain/numbness I have been experiencing. He also provided me with handouts needed. The office staff were pleasant. I am pleased with the care provided.
