I was there to do my yearly physical. Now, the front desk, the encounter was very pleasant, but they made it very clear that I should not talk about anything else besides these checklists of things that they gave me on the paper. They said that if you go outside, then they're going to charge you additional as like a, I guess, a patient appointment versus just a physical. And I think that you shouldn't do that. I really do. It should be a comfortable conversation between you and your physician to where when you go in and take your yearly, I should be able to have, I understand everything's time consuming, but I shouldn't be afraid to discuss any other issues, but what's on those papers. And then when you get inside, they're asking you, okay.

The nurses need to be a little more friendlier. Not the bed side manner we are used to . All of the nurses are always kind joke laugh the one we had to day seemed as if she didn't want to be there . This is not what we are used to. When the doctor came in she asked about things that were in medical chart and she stated that she hadn't really looked at the chart that a little alarming.. I feel if you are coming in for even the simplest of things that the patient chart should be fully reviewed..
