I have been contacting my provider's office for 2 months regarding a prior authorization on my medication through MyChart and by phone. I have gotten no where with the office. I was treated very poorly by someone over the phone saying I did not meet all the qualifications for the medication. That is not that person's job to make that decision. It is the provider and the insurance's job.

Called back for vitals 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time. However, waited 20 minutes after the MA left the room before Bhumika came in.
