Both dr's were great that I saw. Ben was very informative and spent some time with me explaining everything and showing me my X-rays and where the problem was and where it wasn't. His partner was also great. He fitted me with an ankle brace and took the time to make it fit right and to help me get a sneaker back on. He also printed out some exercises for me. I would definitely recommend them. Hopefully I won't have another injury to bring me back though!

When working with a patient, if you find out that it's not something that you can treat but part of your team can help you and treat it, then I think the doctors should work together and be able to treat the patient instead of continuing to charge co-pays to come back to go to another floor, to a different doctor, to this one, to that one, and nobody can help you. If you are all part of the orthopedic sports medicine and you work together, then I don't think that the patient should have to continue coming back and going to different ones, or the people that schedule you should have scheduled you to the correct place, and that's not the patient's fault.

The entire experience was EXCELLENT!! SECOND TO NONE!! I had several concerns and evry single question was answered with thoughtfulness, patience and concern. I never once felt rushed. I was most impressed that Dr. Zack went through all scenarios concerning next steps. I fell very confident and very very well taken care of. The ENTIRE STALL was AWESOME
