I have several doctors for different things, Dr. Zack is my favorite. He truly listens to your complaint, his easygoing down to earth personality is something most doctors do not have. After I had gone to 3 doctors for same problem, he knew the solution to help me and I appreciate that.

I never had an issue with Dr. Zacks. He was proper and everything got done properly, as far as I know. The problem that I had is the up front, how you have to set the appointments. Your system was not working. I had to wait two days to get an appointment and call five times to do it and press the wrong buttons to get to talk to a person. You guys need to remove a lot of these prompts and get to the person quicker because that is annoying. And second, you need to make sure that your system is working, your phone systems properly. Thank you.
