Front desk receptionist had an unwelcoming attitude. Provider address no concerns, we went to another health clinic for a second opinion turns out my daughter had an ear infection and also RSV

The only disappointment was that I called the night before to confirm urgent care could remove warts. I was told "they have to look, but they can likely lance and drain it" so I was surprised that after considerable copay for both children ( which I know is related to insurance and not the organization) we were given a prescription for a cream to work over 47 days. When I asked for clarification and explained what I was told the night before over the phone, no other options beyond the rx was offered. Had I known I would not have gone to urgent care.

Dr. Lawless listens and find what the problem is, explains it throughly. I requested Dr. Lawless because he's efficiency is 100%. Front check in clerk was super nice and did check in for me. Told me upon leaving to feel better, the power of words are very effective and means a lot to me. Greatly appreciate this clerk. She cares!

Having an appointment definitely made the experience better. The facility was nice, the staff was nice - the doctor was great! Once I got back to a room, the turn-around time was really good - maybe 30 - 45 minutes.

The staff seemed to be very caring and explained everything. Dr. Lawless was the doctor I seen. He was very, he told me everything exactly and he seemed very caring. They are very organized, get me into a room quickly, really listen to my concerns, and get me taken care of and on my way without a long wait. One thing I especially appreciate is that they always follow up with a phone call to see how I'm feeling and whether I'm improving. That extra level of care really stands out and is one of the reasons I continue to come back.
