You check in at a kiosk: no human interaction. Longer wait than anticipated, based on scheduling a "reservation". Nursing assistant was wonderful: kind, friendly, and compassionate and gave a good explanation of what was going to happen. Dr. Lawless is nice, calm, and listens, but he is so quiet. He is going through the motions, but there is not much explanation. It's ok, my family members have all seen him a few times over the years. We know this is a quick, get the medication needed, and follow up with your primary if you don't get better appointment. Unfortunately, urgent care is the new same day appointment location for an illness because you can never see your primary doctor same day any longer since Covid. That applies all across the board at medical facilities. We would prefer more doctors at primary care.

I received a wrong diagnosis and prescriptions from the doctor. No tests were done and very vague answers. The nurse was amazing. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. After getting a second opinion, I was told I had exactly what the doctor said it couldn't be. I even knew right away something was off. We all make mistakes, but if he would have been more knowledgeable about the condition, he would have been able to diagnose correctly. My condition can in fact present on both sides of the body, given my history.
