Yes, the doctor that came in to see me, he was very, very concerned, and he was attentive to my situation, and he jumped on top of it, told me what has to be done, and everything went real smooth, and so far I'm feeling better. Thank you very much.

The staff was excellent. The technician was the best I have ever had. The Dr listened, ran test and offered a referral.so many facilities treat you differently if you are on Medicare. Very pleased with this facility. The referral I received cannot see me until Dec. very disheartening and I think it was because I mentioned Medicare, if my symptoms continue I guess I will go to emergency room. But this facility gets an A+

I was surprised that no one bothered to clean my head wounds or knee wounds before putting bandages on them. My nurse did not seem too concerned about me.

This was my first experience with this facility and I was highly impressed with everyone and their processes. I needed urinalysis, bloodwork, ultrasound & X-ray. The orders, scheduling, execution & results were all accomplished expeditiously & professionally. Each of the staff I met are very friendly & treated me very well. Many thanks to Dr. Benjamin Lawless & all the staff.

I was very pleased with the service and kindness of the nurse and the Doctor that provided care to me. My wife and I arrived at 9:00 pm and I was seen within 10 minutes after we entered my information on the touchscreen. They drew my blood and gave me an IV. My blood test came back ok and I was given a prescription to prevent future vomiting because I had an upset stomach. I was the last patient there when I left, and I was very thankful that they stayed over to take care of me. I had no more upset stomach or vomiting after my visit. Keep up the good work, and having a staff that cares like yours does.

Clean and efficient The provider showed concern and listened to me. The only negative was signing in at the kiosk, for myself and I noticed a couple of other older folks, it was difficult and embarrassing not to be able to sign in correctly.

I just want to say thank you for all the staff. I came in terrified because my baby busted her mouth open and lost her tooth. And I was so frantic, I couldn't even remember her birthday. So from the front desk lady, she was awesome. From the staff that would come in to do things, like there was maybe 25 minutes before you closed. Everyone was so, so nice and so kind. The doctor reporting, I kept repeating myself, but it was a scary time. But I love the work they did, and I'm so appreciative.

I was called, shortly after to ask how I was doing? I must say that in and of itself, speaks volumes to the staff of people, who make, Wellstar an exceptional place to come to when medical care is needed!

Let me preference by saying , I was in a lot of pain however, the women behind the desk DID NOT show any empathy or care at all. I'm not asking for her to be my BFF but show some emotion .... Clearly, anyone could see I could not use my left eye. Did I mention the pain...... I said to her. Very nicely ......I'm sorry I can't see can you please check me in. (I am very well versed....enter my DOB. it will populate.). Unless your procedures have changed.l ...... She said to me. Do you have someone parking your car. I said, I do my husband is parking the car. I said. Kindly can you get me started. (At the time of check in. Two people were already established and waiting along with no one behind me waiting to check in )......this was around 8:30pm and surprisingly. You were not slammed ......She unwillingly came out from behind the desk and was going to freaking guide me through the process. I said, if you are not going to do it yourself. Nor just take my DOB. I will manage, thank you Ar this point I could not believe she was going f to guide me at the kiosk . Then my husband came and he checked me in. I will reiterate I did not feel....and am very conscious about how I speak to people under the circumstances. I am not asking to be pampered....... Just show some care for a fellow human being .... Next, the young lady who came to give us discharge papers was the least bit professional and nice. I went to ask a question and you thought I was asking for the world. She got very flustered and anyswered my question and left the room. On our way out as we passed her sitting at a "desk"o. She did not bother to say. Good night. Nor look up to acknowledge us. Or even Hope you feel better, nothing ... My husband and I both spoke first and said thank you and have a good night. Then she spoke. At that point, I couldn't tell you what she even said .... Over the years since the urgent care has been open, whether for myself. Husband or sons. We have always had a good experience except for one time.... Hoping these two ladies become more self aware of the type of industry and atmosphere they CHOOSE to work in..... Thank you.

The male nurse that I don't remember his name was very through and caring. Loved Dr. Lawless. If I ever need to visit there again I certainly hope he is on duty. Very attentive and caring. Young lady at the front where I checked in was also very nice.

I was very pleased with the service and kindness of the nurse and the Doctor that provided care to me. My wife and I arrived at 9:00 pm and I was seen within 10 minutes after we entered my information on the touchscreen. They drew my blood and gave me an IV. My blood test came back ok and I was given a prescription to prevent future vomiting because I had an upset stomach. I was the last patient there when I left, and I was very thankful that they stayed over to take care of me. I had no more upset stomach or vomiting after my visit. Keep up the good work, and having a staff that cares like yours does.

Clean and efficient The provider showed concern and listened to me. The only negative was signing in at the kiosk, for myself and I noticed a couple of other older folks, it was difficult and embarrassing not to be able to sign in correctly.

I just want to say thank you for all the staff. I came in terrified because my baby busted her mouth open and lost her tooth. And I was so frantic, I couldn't even remember her birthday. So from the front desk lady, she was awesome. From the staff that would come in to do things, like there was maybe 25 minutes before you closed. Everyone was so, so nice and so kind. The doctor reporting, I kept repeating myself, but it was a scary time. But I love the work they did, and I'm so appreciative.

I was called, shortly after to ask how I was doing? I must say that in and of itself, speaks volumes to the staff of people, who make, Wellstar an exceptional place to come to when medical care is needed!

Let me preference by saying , I was in a lot of pain however, the women behind the desk DID NOT show any empathy or care at all. I'm not asking for her to be my BFF but show some emotion .... Clearly, anyone could see I could not use my left eye. Did I mention the pain...... I said to her. Very nicely ......I'm sorry I can't see can you please check me in. (I am very well versed....enter my DOB. it will populate.). Unless your procedures have changed.l ...... She said to me. Do you have someone parking your car. I said, I do my husband is parking the car. I said. Kindly can you get me started. (At the time of check in. Two people were already established and waiting along with no one behind me waiting to check in )......this was around 8:30pm and surprisingly. You were not slammed ......She unwillingly came out from behind the desk and was going to freaking guide me through the process. I said, if you are not going to do it yourself. Nor just take my DOB. I will manage, thank you Ar this point I could not believe she was going f to guide me at the kiosk . Then my husband came and he checked me in. I will reiterate I did not feel....and am very conscious about how I speak to people under the circumstances. I am not asking to be pampered....... Just show some care for a fellow human being .... Next, the young lady who came to give us discharge papers was the least bit professional and nice. I went to ask a question and you thought I was asking for the world. She got very flustered and anyswered my question and left the room. On our way out as we passed her sitting at a "desk"o. She did not bother to say. Good night. Nor look up to acknowledge us. Or even Hope you feel better, nothing ... My husband and I both spoke first and said thank you and have a good night. Then she spoke. At that point, I couldn't tell you what she even said .... Over the years since the urgent care has been open, whether for myself. Husband or sons. We have always had a good experience except for one time.... Hoping these two ladies become more self aware of the type of industry and atmosphere they CHOOSE to work in..... Thank you.

The male nurse that I don't remember his name was very through and caring. Loved Dr. Lawless. If I ever need to visit there again I certainly hope he is on duty. Very attentive and caring. Young lady at the front where I checked in was also very nice.

This was my first experience with this facility and I was highly impressed with everyone and their processes. I needed urinalysis, bloodwork, ultrasound & X-ray. I was surprised that no one bothered to clean my head wounds or knee wounds before putting bandages on them. My nurse did not seem too concerned about me.

The staff was excellent. The technician was the best I have ever had. The Dr listened, ran test and offered a referral.so many facilities treat you differently if you are on Medicare. Very pleased with this facility. The referral I received cannot see me until Dec. very disheartening and I think it was because I mentioned Medicare, if my symptoms continue I guess I will go to emergency room. But this facility gets an A+
