The care at Kennestone was great. I was a little skeptical in the emergency room, but after we got to our room, the care was wonderful. All the nurses, I would say 95% of the nurses were great, very personable, and made us feel very well at the facility.

Front office assistant was great! Very kind, helpful and at the desk and when I left said she hoped I feel better!! She's a keeper. Nurse was welcoming and helpful with all my questions. The X-ray technician was great and very warm, welcoming and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain while she did X-rays. The doctor was very knowledgeable and quick to get my X-ray results read and then informing me as the nurse had promised. I did have a few questions to ask the doctor but seemed he might have had some other more urgent patients to attend to. That was my only "complaint" but not a big deal. I've always had great experiences at this urgent care for me and my family!!

We have frequented this urgent care for years and have always had excellent experiences. This experience was the complete opposite. The doctor was rude and impatient. It seemed he was too busy to answer any questions. The nurse was feeding off his energy and equally unhelpful. I received more information from the nurse who followed up with us 2 days later than we did from anyone else face to face. We found out from her that we should be going to ortho for a follow up if the injury isn't feeling better. The lab results of the xray gave us sensitive information that should've been given by the doctor.

Yeah, I just wanted to say that the staff when I first came in was pretty unwelcoming. The person sitting at the desk barely looked up from her phone that she was texting or gaming or whatever she was doing to tell me to sign in at the kiosk and just didn't seem to care about any of my questions or what my current issue is and why I was there. So that was a pretty poor welcome and that's probably why I wouldn't come back. Thank you.

I had to get the bleeding stopped and arrived 20 minutes before closing time! So so grateful for the late hour that you stay open!!!!! I will be back if I have another emergency after hours and cannot get in to see my gp!
