I think the doctor should have told me something about the prescription that he ordered. He ordered the prescription and then when I go to pick it up at the drugstore, it wasn't really explained to me what was in the bag and how it was going to work for my constipation. So he should have spent a little more time what was in the bag or what he prescribed because it's not really working for me. I'm still constipated and the prescription is not working like it should. So that's all I can say about that.

You check in at a kiosk: no human interaction. Longer wait than anticipated, based on scheduling a "reservation". Nursing assistant was wonderful: kind, friendly, and compassionate and gave a good explanation of what was going to happen. Dr. Lawless is nice, calm, and listens, but he is so quiet. He is going through the motions, but there is not much explanation. It's ok, my family members have all seen him a few times over the years. We know this is a quick, get the medication needed, and follow up with your primary if you don't get better appointment. Unfortunately, urgent care is the new same day appointment location for an illness because you can never see your primary doctor same day any longer since Covid. That applies all across the board at medical facilities. We would prefer more doctors at primary care.

I want to commend your staff for the amazing care they provided to my son. Our wait time after check-in was minimal-20 minutes or less-and the overall experience was excellent. In particular, the nurse follow-up call is a perfect protocol. It allows parents time to monitor medication at home and address any difficulties. I highly recommend keeping this process in place.
