I received a wrong diagnosis and prescriptions from the doctor. No tests were done and very vague answers. The nurse was amazing. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. After getting a second opinion, I was told I had exactly what the doctor said it couldn't be. I even knew right away something was off. We all make mistakes, but if he would have been more knowledgeable about the condition, he would have been able to diagnose correctly. My condition can in fact present on both sides of the body, given my history.

I am not the best patient, very fearful, senior adult. I had fallen, taken the brunt of the fall on my ribs, then my forehead, resulting in cutting my head. It would not stop bleeding and I mostly slept that afternoon from the jolt. That morning, I realize the cut was deeper and needed stitches. We had Good Friday Services that we were serving so I came in after that, around the twenty-four-hour mark. Everyone was so sweet and kind to us, triage nurse, doctor, two x-ray technicians, nurse giving shot, and then two residents stitching me up were so gentle and patient. Thank you, thank you for making the experience less traumatic for me.
