The only issue was at check in. I used kiosk. There were only 4 people in waiting room. Front staff did say a word to me. I sat down and got notified on my chart. I continued and finished questions. I was under a tremendous amount of pain so I did not look up. I had heard several people come in. Finally after about 30 mins I looked up and saw I was the only one there. All others had been called. I asked what was going on and they says I did not check in. One lady said you were late. I said I checked in on kiosk. She said ok check you in and then other woman said oh by the away if you have abdominal pain we can't help you we don't do ultrasound or sonogram here. The nurse then came thru the door and got me. The rest of my care was a 10 out of 10.

Waited for 30 minutes in the room after seeing the doctor. He said they would bring lab results. No one came back and when I looked out the door no one was around so I left.

The staff at this urgent care office are always excellent - especially the front office staff and the nurses. They all deserve a raise or at least a cookie or something.

Wellstar Acworth Health Park is the best! They diagnose accurately and you get well quickly. Not only that but they call you a few days later to check on you. No one does that anymore!

Doctors need to look over patients file carefully before deciding what medicine to prescribe. I find this a lot and I'm always having to tell them that I can't take take antihistamine or Tylenol because of me having angle closed glaucoma.
