I really appreciate the care that she gave me and I do agree with what she said and she did wait for me to ask questions and I wasn't rushed and she was just an amazing doctor and she's an asset to WellStar. Also, Toy was another young lady that I had chance to contact and speak to. She was amazing as well as Kim. Both of those ladies was just outstanding. That is a great team at WellSTAR, at Dr. Graham's office. And yes, I do look forward to coming back.

I had a terrible experience at this doctor's office. My appointment was scheduled for 10 a.m., but I was required to arrive by 9:45. After waiting nearly three hours, I finally left at 12:25 out of sheer frustration! What kind of allergy appointment takes that long? The staff was friendly, but the overall process was painfully slow and disorganized. Patients shouldn't have to waste half their day waiting. Whatever money this department makes, it could easily be multiplied if they improved their efficiency. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

I've been suffering with a horrific unproductive cough for months and despite seeing countless healthcare providers, this was the first time I felt heard and not made to feel as though this was in my head. The doctor expressed concern and compassion and assured me that while this would be a process of elimination, the cough and its consequences were very much real and we would work cooperatively to discover the source and provide relief. She was thorough in her methodology, made eye contact and humanized her interaction with me without judgment or withoutt just looking at a computer screen. I greatly appreciated her attention to detail in going through my charts whilst still giving me a myriad of options to address what variables could be offered to approach wellness. To have been plagued with this cough for months, and to have seen numerous providers within Wellstar system over the last four months, ( general physicians, urgent care, labs, pulmologist, spirometry) this was the very first time I felt truly heard. Dr Graham is the pinnacle and apex of what EVERY physician should aspire towards when addressing a chronic scenario with their patients. She understands her patients frustrations and desire to be welll and have the ability to have a quality existence in the performance of not their daily duties but also their quality of life existence: it is evident she models this excellence to her staff as well in her expectations because their performance of duties in preparing me to meet with the doctor were executed diligently and with compassionate patient customer service focused/ I was greeted with compassion, asked if I wa ready to give my vitals and cared for well. Dr Graham and her staff are the platinum standard of how medical offices should interact with their patients. I'm so grateful I was able to secure a time slot on their calendar to be seen because Dr Graham was moderately worth the wait.

He's always so professional and so polite and competent and kind. And I believe her name was Talia, who was the nurse that took care of me and helped to get me roomed. She was just a ray of sunshine and I truly appreciate her and Dr. Graham is so knowledgeable and so patient and such a proponent of helping you take care of yourself and working with me as a patient and her as a practitioner to come up with a plan that's for me and I love that about her and how we continue to tweak it until we got me right and keep me healthy.

I just want to say thank you to everyone in Dr. Graham's office and her staff. The young man, I don't remember if it's Sergio, but who always helps at the front desk. He's always so professional and so polite and competent and kind. And I believe her name was Talia, who was the nurse that took care of me and helped to get me roomed. She was just a ray of sunshine and I truly appreciate her and Dr. Graham is so knowledgeable and so patient and such a proponent of helping you take care of yourself and working with me as a patient and her as a practitioner to come up with a plan that's for me and I love that about her and how we continue to tweak it until we got me right and keep me healthy.

I've been suffering with a horrific unproductive cough for months and despite seeing countless healthcare providers, this was the first time I felt heard and not made to feel as though this was in my head. The doctor expressed concern and compassion and assured me that while this would be a process of elimination, the cough and its consequences were very much real and we would work cooperatively to discover the source and provide relief. She was thorough in her methodology, made eye contact and humanized her interaction with me without judgment or withoutt just looking at a computer screen. I greatly appreciated her attention to detail in going through my charts whilst still giving me a myriad of options to address what variables could be offered to approach wellness. To have been plagued with this cough for months, and to have seen numerous providers within Wellstar system over the last four months, ( general physicians, urgent care, labs, pulmologist, spirometry) this was the very first time I felt truly heard. Dr Graham is the pinnacle and apex of what EVERY physician should aspire towards when addressing a chronic scenario with their patients. She understands her patients frustrations and desire to be welll and have the ability to have a quality existence in the performance of not their daily duties but also their quality of life existence: it is evident she models this excellence to her staff as well in her expectations because their performance of duties in preparing me to meet with the doctor were executed diligently and with compassionate patient customer service focused/ I was greeted with compassion, asked if I wa ready to give my vitals and cared for well. Dr Graham and her staff are the platinum standard of how medical offices should interact with their patients. I'm so grateful I was able to secure a time slot on their calendar to be seen because Dr Graham was moderately worth the wait.

I had a terrible experience at this doctor's office. My appointment was scheduled for 10 a.m., but I was required to arrive by 9:45. After waiting nearly three hours, I finally left at 12:25 out of sheer frustration! What kind of allergy appointment takes that long? The staff was friendly, but the overall process was painfully slow and disorganized. Patients shouldn't have to waste half their day waiting. Whatever money this department makes, it could easily be multiplied if they improved their efficiency. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Graham was amazing. She answered all of my questions and she was very amazing. She did a great job. I really appreciate the care that she gave me and I do agree with what she said and she did wait for me to ask questions and I wasn't rushed and she was just an amazing doctor and she's an asset to WellStar. Also, Toy was another young lady that I had chance to contact and speak to. She was amazing as well as Kim. Both of those ladies was just outstanding. That is a great team at WellSTAR, at Dr. Graham's office. And yes, I do look forward to coming back.
