Dr. Belinda Graham received her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She received her medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN, and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN. Dr. Graham completed her allergy, asthma and immunology fellowship with Children’s Mercy Hospital and Clinics in Kansas City, MO.

A bit of a long wait (appointment was at 3pm and did not leave till 5:10pm) no clear instructions on next steps (had to ask the front desk where to go next since I was told I needed blood work and no one came back into the room to tell me where to go or give me discharge papers).

Wellstar has excellent service. However, the wait time in both waiting area and inside the patient room can be a bit long. Reaching someone on the phone is time consuming as well but once you're a patient, the online portal for messaging is helpful.

I would just like for them to consider that these are adolescent or pediatric patients and sometimes the wait times are extremely long. My son was there in the middle of the day. We needed to get back to school, right? And so having to wait 45 minutes is kind of ridiculous. So maybe just being more cognizant of that with scheduling. I do understand things go awry. People may be late, but this seems to be a consistent issue that we've experienced.

The only slightly negative comment would be. I had to wait longer than I like. My appointment was 345 and it was close to 430 before I got to see the doctor. I have no complaints about the doctor. I do not like having to wait that long beyond my appointed time.

Dr. Graham is the best provider with the best staff, hands down. I'm going on year five with them. Starting at a couple of times a week and now at once a month for at least the last 3 years, and I've never had a bad experience. Even though I get three shots every visit, and as much as I don't look forward to that part, I thoroughly enjoy my visits to Dr. Graham's office.
