I first saw Dr Krull 14 years ago and was so sorry when she left the practice. For years I tried to find someone who could replace her and went through 4 different caretakers. None matched her caring, inteligence, empathy or intuitive approach. Two weeks ago, on a quest to find a new primary care physician, I typed in Dr. Krull's name on a whim. was absolutely thrilled to find her return to the area. I am so pleased to be in her care again!

So, I'd say overall it was a good experience in the office. Like when I saw Dr. Krull, she was very attentive. She paid attention to what I had concerns about. She made me feel comfortable. The only concern I have is that I had lab work done after speaking with her, and then she was going to follow up with me, but I haven't heard anything back. I know she was off on Friday, but I was hoping maybe by today I would hear something. So that's a little disappointing.

I have a very positive experience however 1 visit makes it too early to say whether I'd reco the Dr or practice. One thing I'd like to mention though is that I was most upset to find a DOG in the waiting room today when I returned a specimen to the lab, not a svc dog. Under no conditions do I want to encounter this, no way that's sanitary.

The dr washed her hands but the lab tech did not. I was also disturbed that when I left my urine sample in the little cabinet there was another one there. I mentioned it to the tech and she indicated that's where they stay until someone gets them to process. I felt that was really bad practice as the samples could be tampered with.
