The first thing the Doctor said to me was Medicare will not pay for a physical without being a established patient .this statement was not explained. The Doctor did not discuss any of my check in stats. Mabey if she had explained what she was referring to as an established patient. I think the visit would have gone well.

Yeah, so I was very happy with the service I received. I had gone to an urgent care clinic, not affiliated urgent care clinic, several days prior and was not happy with the care that I received. But it was a complete contrast as far as the care I received at WellSTAR was fantastic. So definitely will be coming back again.

This was my first appointment. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Leslie the front office lady. She was very kind and helpful. Then I met Dawn, the nurse who took all my information and my vitals. She was engaging and patient as I recited all my medicine. Lastly, Dr Krull was very kind and thorough. She has a wonderful bedside manner and very informative about all my care needs. One of the best medical appointments I have ever had.

I was on hold 45 min listening to loop recording when trying to make appt. When finally answered told they had been in a meeting for that long. That's not acceptable. Put recording on closed for lunch and to call back verses the one of will answer your call in the order it's received.

The conversation with doctor was abruptly halted 15 minutes into the conversation because she informed us and me that doctors only have 15 minutes with patients. Therefore, I was rushed to continue consult with other issues that were of concern for me.
