The check-in process was efficient, and this was my first visit with Dr. Barbara Krull. However, the wait time was nearly an hour, and it was disappointing that there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. I also felt that her approach was not very warm or welcoming, which made the overall experience less positive than I had hoped. Based on this visit, I don't feel comfortable scheduling future appointments with her.

Sometimes the wait time before we enter the room itself is a little higher even though we are ahead of the appointment time. And sometimes after the nurse takes the vitals, that's going to wait till the provider arrives. So if that can be reduced, then it would be an even better experience. Thank you.
