Dr. Barbara Krull is exceptional. I was a first time patient leaving my previous primary care provider because I was felt they did not provide a level of care I needed. What a surprise! Dr. Krull gave explanations of my recent diagnoses and created an action plan that made me feel confident in her ability to help manage my health. She was extremely professional while being personable at the same time. She asked permission to talk about core concerns. This is the level of care and respect I look for in a provider. Dr. Krull talked to me and not at me. I did not feel as though she was preaching or giving directives. She engaged me in dialogue having an input on my own health as well while giving her expert advice and recommendations. 10/10 the best doctor ever. I recently experienced a horrible doctor, so when I experience an exceptional doctor like Mr. Krull. I want to share my experience and let everyone know this is a top notch, top tier medical professional.

Overall good experience. WellStar should be more interested in solving for root causes versus just prescribing medications. Healthcare has become lazy and overly rely on medicines versus true healing. Patients are becoming more aware of this and it's simply not ok anymore. Must do better.

While I realize that she's not a psychiatrist, I would have liked if Dr. Krull were more familiar with people who are neurological different. Some of her terminology felt quite dated, such as using "ADD" instead of "ADHD". Asking if someone "has autism" is akin to asking if someone "has blindness" or "has deafness." Disabilities are not accessories to posses.
