I had a lab test today. I usually bruise easily and it's painful, but this time the lady was very professional and it didn't hurt at all. In fact, I didn't even notice when she changed the tubes. Normally, I bruise the same day, but today everything went smoothly.

The only thing I may want to recommend as an area to improve could possibly be the wait time before we see the provider. Sometimes the wait time before we enter the room itself is a little higher even though we are ahead of the appointment time. And sometimes after the nurse takes the vitals, that's going to wait till the provider arrives. So if that can be reduced, then it would be an even better experience. Thank you.

When I moved from Roswell to Mableton 4 years ago, I began a search for a doctor that would be as conscientious as my physician there. I found it in Dr Krull. I feel safe and taken excellent care of in her hands.

Dr. Krull gave explanations of my recent diagnoses and created an action plan that made me feel confident in her ability to help manage my health. She was extremely professional while being personable at the same time. She asked permission to talk about core concerns. This is the level of care and respect I look for in a provider. Dr. Krull talked to me and not at me. I did not feel as though she was preaching or giving directives. She engaged me in dialogue having an input on my own health as well while giving her expert advice and recommendations. 10/10 the best doctor ever. I recently experienced a horrible doctor, so when I experience an exceptional doctor like Mr. Krull. I want to share my experience and let everyone know this is a top notch, top tier medical professional.
