All the staff I encountered were very professional and efficient. I felt really comfortable and confident in their service because I knew I was in good hands . Few hours after my visit, I started feeling much better and was able to go about the rest of my day with no issues.

The biggest issue I have had is, when there is an emergency, no fault of anyone, the wait has been in the past up to two hours. More staff might eliminate this problem. I understand nobody can predict the future, but having a few more doctors and nurses sitting around is better than someone in severe pain sitting around.

Your billing and/or insurance database is completely wrong with Anthem insurance. Front office made me pay way more than I should have and it wasn't until I called Anthem right then that I got to have Xavier talk to the Anthem rep who told him what my urgent care copay was and no deductible applied. You need to either fix your system or the front office personnel was trying to get more money than I should have paid. They finally refunded the incorrect charges and only charged what the copay was If I didn't make a fuss, they would have just rolled their eyes. It's a county government employee plan so I hope Wellstar isn't charging all the county employees incorrectly. I have no doubt that if I go back again, the same thing will happen and this will never be fixed

I really dislike the fact that a patient has to call radiology while in the room to get the X-rays completed. Especially that your cell phone service there is horrible. The doctor had to provide me with a staff phone to make the call.
