It had been a while since I had been to the Urgent Care. It was nice to be able to schedule the appointment online. I had no wait at all and was in, had an xray and was out in less than 45 minutes. The only thing I would say is that having only one kiosk to check in could be an issue on busy days. It would be nice if that were an option to do online while making the appointment. Other than that, great experience.

I didn't appreciate to have to pay for the X-ray while I was sitting in the exam room. Also I had to answer a myriad of questions that I had to answer minutes before to this to get in and see the doctor. The staff explanation is that the X-ray group is a different department. Terrible thing to put your patients through to ensure you get your money.

For an URGENT CARE facility, I would STRONGLY suggest and urge you to have more than one physician at that facility. My appt was at 9 and I finally saw a doctor around 10. When I looked at your site there were more than two doctors you claimed worked there, but seeing just one doctor is surprising. I will try the urgent care facility just a little north, not associated with Wellstar, of this facility. They can't do any worse.

The nurse and doctor that took care of my daughter were fabulous. They showed concern and talked through everything with us with kindness and sincerity. I would definitely return based on their care. However, when we first arrived, the front desk admin was not welcoming. Her tone was very short and curt. She did not make me feel like I could ask questions and I felt nervous to say or do anything wrong near her. I realized later that the first person you interact with really sets the tone for your experience and while I don't want to say she was mean, we definitely felt like she did not want to be there. When I left to fill the prescription, my pharmacist wanted to check something with the doctor so I called back. I was not able to get connected with the nurse so the front desk answered and seemed agitated with me for calling. She said she would take my phone number and have them call me back. I never got that call. Again, it will not affect our return, as a nurse and Doctor were wonderful.
