I had to go to Urgent Care on Roswell Rd. I had to use the kiosk. It sat too low and I was weak from my illness. You need a stool!! or chair. Then I ended up waiting for more than an hour. People who came in after me were called before me. Once I got back to my room to see the Dr., everything was great. Wonderful girl who took my information, fantastic Dr. who treated me. Xray people who saw me were great. Sitting in that waiting room initially was not good. more than an hour.

Dr Kashlan was very professional. Gave me all my options and allowed me to select treatment plan. He was very thorough and answered all questions. His nurse and staff members were also friendly and efficient.

So my biggest issue was checking in. There was a line of two people trying to self-check in on the kiosk and you had a member of staff that was just sat behind there doing absolutely nothing waiting for us to check in and it would have helped expedite everyone if she actually bothered to help check people in. When it came to me checking in, I had actually a scheduled appointment so I thought I checked in, went and sat down. The waiting room was empty. She saw me sitting there for about another 15 minutes and then asked me could I check in? I was like, yes. She didn't see me in the assistance, so I had to come up and then go back and check in again. So again, the member of staff, the receptionist, was the one that was causing all the problems. And quite frankly, I don't know why she was needed if you're going to make everyone self-check in anyway. That's probably the biggest issue. Use common sense. If you feel busy or if it's quiet, have the person behind the counter check.

Got to facility when rather slow with patients but EVERYONE I INTERACTED WITH was both professional and courteous!!! In and out in 20 minutes with clear and concise communications as to resolution of my concern.

I am a WellStar employee and I've been to other WellSTAR facilities that were horrible and even as an employee, I would not return back to them. However, this WellSTAR urgent care was top-notch. The medical assistant was very nice and caring with my son and the provider was amazing and that's coming from a registered nurse who is a nurse manager at WellSTAR. So I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with the quality of care that I received and the personnel were very, very courteous and worked through any issues. The one problem that I had was the check-in, that automated kiosk check-in thing. It's not that I minded doing it that way. It's that after a response, it seemed to take like 30 seconds to a minute to accept the response and it just seemed like it took forever to get checked in. So if that ? If there's a software solution or something that can solve that, that would be great. Other than that, thanks much. Appreciate it.

I felt I made the right choice to be there. I felt very confident that my doctor made the right decisions for my health problem that I was having. He took his time and asked so many questions to try and figure out a timeline and the best treatment. I thought he was great as well as everyone who worked in this office. Thank you!

I can't remember if this was a visit to the hospital or the visit to urgent care. I think it was urgent care. And everything, yeah, Dr. Kashlan, I think his name was, did a great job. And if I pressed anything other than number four for all the, you know, good, somewhat good, everything was excellent. So fours for everything there and tens for everything else. They did a great job and did all they could. Just got injuries that are tough to take care of. I thank everybody for help.

Dr. Kashlan was the most personable, helpful and positive medical doctor I have seen in years. I so appreciated him prescribing me correctly for my respiratory virus because I have asthma. Being able to quickly get a lung x ray was very helpful. Dr. Kashlan is miles across town from me, but my son insisted he's worth the drive and he was right!!!

I didn't appreciate to have to pay for the X-ray while I was sitting in the exam room. Also I had to answer a myriad of questions that I had to answer minutes before to this to get in and see the doctor. The staff explanation is that the X-ray group is a different department. Terrible thing to put your patients through to ensure you get your money.

She saw me sitting there for about another 15 minutes and then asked me could I check in? I was like, yes. She didn't see me in the assistance, so I had to come up and then go back and check in again. So again, the member of staff, the receptionist, was the one that was causing all the problems. And quite frankly, I don't know why she was needed if you're going to make everyone self-check in anyway. That's probably the biggest issue. Use common sense. If you feel busy or if it's quiet, have the person behind the counter check.

I didn't appreciate to have to pay for the X-ray while I was sitting in the exam room. Also I had to answer a myriad of questions that I had to answer minutes before to this to get in and see the doctor. The staff explanation is that the X-ray group is a different department. Terrible thing to put your patients through to ensure you get your money.

It had been a while since I had been to the Urgent Care. It was nice to be able to schedule the appointment online. I had no wait at all and was in, had an xray and was out in less than 45 minutes. The only thing I would say is that having only one kiosk to check in could be an issue on busy days. It would be nice if that were an option to do online while making the appointment. Other than that, great experience.

Dr. Kashlan was the most personable, helpful and positive medical doctor I have seen in years. I so appreciated him prescribing me correctly for my respiratory virus because I have asthma. Being able to quickly get a lung x ray was very helpful. Dr. Kashlan is miles across town from me, but my son insisted he's worth the drive and he was right!!!

I can't remember if this was a visit to the hospital or the visit to urgent care. I think it was urgent care. And everything, yeah, Dr. Kashlan, I think his name was, did a great job. And if I pressed anything other than number four for all the, you know, good, somewhat good, everything was excellent. So fours for everything there and tens for everything else. They did a great job and did all they could. Just got injuries that are tough to take care of. I thank everybody for help.

I felt I made the right choice to be there. I felt very confident that my doctor made the right decisions for my health problem that I was having. He took his time and asked so many questions to try and figure out a timeline and the best treatment. I thought he was great as well as everyone who worked in this office. Thank you!

The wait times in the room were quite long 20 plus between visits of the nurse and the doctor as well as before final release. Visit took 1 h in total (time seen 10 min).

Overall, I'm extremely happy with the quality of care that I received and the personnel were very, very courteous and worked through any issues. The one problem that I had was the check-in, that automated kiosk check-in thing. It's not that I minded doing it that way. It's that after a response, it seemed to take like 30 seconds to a minute to accept the response and it just seemed like it took forever to get checked in. So if that ? If there's a software solution or something that can solve that, that would be great. Other than that, thanks much. Appreciate it.

I am a WellStar employee and I've been to other WellSTAR facilities that were horrible and even as an employee, I would not return back to them. However, this WellSTAR urgent care was top-notch. The medical assistant was very nice and caring with my son and the provider was amazing and that's coming from a registered nurse who is a nurse manager at WellSTAR. So I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you.

So my biggest issue was checking in. There was a line of two people trying to self-check in on the kiosk and you had a member of staff that was just sat behind there doing absolutely nothing waiting for us to check in and it would have helped expedite everyone if she actually bothered to help check people in. When it came to me checking in, I had actually a scheduled appointment so I thought I checked in, went and sat down. The waiting room was empty. She saw me sitting there for about another 15 minutes and then asked me could I check in? I was like, yes. She didn't see me in the assistance, so I had to come up and then go back and check in again. So again, the member of staff, the receptionist, was the one that was causing all the problems. And quite frankly, I don't know why she was needed if you're going to make everyone self-check in anyway. That's probably the biggest issue. Use common sense. If you feel busy or if it's quiet, have the person behind the counter check.

I had to go to Urgent Care on Roswell Rd. I had to use the kiosk. It sat too low and I was weak from my illness. You need a stool!! or chair. Then I ended up waiting for more than an hour. People who came in after me were called before me. Once I got back to my room to see the Dr., everything was great. Wonderful girl who took my information, fantastic Dr. who treated me. Xray people who saw me were great. Sitting in that waiting room initially was not good. more than an hour.
