I was very stressed coming into the Wellstar Emergency care, being very concerned about having a fracture in my shoulder from the fall,but right away the receptionist checking me in was very courteous, and my anxiety subsided right away, and then of course the staff and doctor was very professional and explained my results from my x-ray very well was very professional. I felt confident that I was on the road to recovery right away. Great job Wellstar!!

I have been moving my care specialists from Emory to Wellstar East Cobb. The providers, technicians and staff at Wellstar are all very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and more available. The east Cobb location has easy parking and the campus is efficient.

The staff that I encountered during my visit to urgent care was excellent in every aspect!! All personal from the time I checked into registration to when I walked back out of of the lobby to come home, were fabulous, including the doctor that treated me who was a 10 (++).

I went at 12:15 and sign in at the kiosk. It told me that wait time was 3.5 hours which I understood since it was during the holiday time and they were very busy. Instead of waiting over there I told front desk that I will take rest at home and what time I need to back so she told me that come at 3:30 for your appointment and let us know when you come back so just let me know so I came back at 3:15 and told the same person so she just updated as I am here and then I waited for another hour and I asked her when doctor can see me so she asked me to come back again tomorrow which made me very upset so finally another staff member went inside and the Nurse/Dr visited me at around 4:45 pm. So I will never come back to this location. You go to Urgent care when you have to see doctor urgently.

I must give high praise to Dr. Kashlan and the nurse who gave me my injection, I'm sorry I don't remember her name. Dr. Kashlan was such a good listener, so attentive, and he explained my diagnosis thoroughly. He also answered all of my questions and went through all the prescription, explaining what each was meant for. I did not feel rushed, which really surprised me, considering how busy that facility was!

The young man that took the X-rays of my back was very patient and gentle with my back. All and all, it was a very good experience. The only problem was the wait times. It took 4 hours the first day and I left because of pain and made an appointment for the next day which took 3 hours the second day. All the people I saw were the best!

I was very stressed coming into the Wellstar Emergency care, being very concerned about having a fracture in my shoulder from the fall,but right away the receptionist checking me in was very courteous, and my anxiety subsided right away, and then of course the staff and doctor was very professional and explained my results from my x-ray very well was very professional. I felt confident that I was on the road to recovery right away. Great job Wellstar!!
