Over all great experience. Being able to see and read my tests results soon after they were performed allowed me to understand my condition and the next procedures that need to be done. Care level was excellent and all the staff members were empathetic and responsive to my needs. I'm very grateful to have been under their care. The only uncomfortable situation for me was when I needed to use the bathroom and asked to use a device with suction for urinating which was very counterintuitive. I actually ended up holding off and later heard one of the surgery team mentions that they had to drain my bladder. I would recommend replacing this device with something else if possible.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They seemed concerned about my illness and took good care of me. My second night after my visit I was able to sleep in my bed through the night rather than sleep fitfully in a recliner. By my third evening I began to feel like I had some of my energy back.

I'm honestly very frustrated with how unnecessarily complicated this process was. X ray booking through call center. The X-ray facility was literally in the next room, but because the facility is so large, my phone didn't have enough range. It was extremely difficult to find someone, and there was no landline available in the room. I barely managed to make it out and had to borrow someone else's phone just to make a call. Why I have to call. Then I had to start the entire process from the beginning-provide my first and last name, phone number, explain my symptoms, answer what felt like hundreds of questions, and finally make an appointment-only to find out that the X-ray facility was right next to the room where I had just been seen. I really don't understand why this has to be so complicated. The computer system is right there, and at every other urgent care facility I've been to, they simply book the X-ray and told me what needed to be done. Having to repeat all my information and go through such a lengthy process just with a remote person to get an X-ray that was literally next door was extremely frustrating and unnecessary. Why make something so simple so complicated?
