I got an appointment online at 3pm, I was there at 2:46 and asked the lady in front desk do I have to do anything, she told me to fill out the rest of the questions, submit on my phone and I did. After one hour I asked another lady in front desk to check my name, she said no, fill out the form on front again, I showed her my phone, she said no no it's not working with very bad attitude. I filled out the form again in front machine and submitted. I asked front desk do you see my name, she said NO, by the same time the nurse from Dr office called me to go to visit doctor , the front desk lady said my name is not on the list !!! The nurse instead that my name is on the list, I was waiting more than one hour and half to visit the doctor with no reason. The doctor assistant was very nice and apologized, but front desk ( lady with African accent) was rude and unprofessional for this kind of job.

Everyone at Wellstar Urgent Care is always so kind! The front desk staff greeted me kindly and even gave me a warm blanket while I waited. The nurse was very kind and understanding. The dr was as well. They were knowledgeable and supportive. I have been coming here for years and it seems the experience improves each time. I am very grateful for this facility and the excellent staff. Everyone always seems happy to help and does a great job. Thank you!

The biggest issue I have had is, when there is an emergency, no fault of anyone, the wait has been in the past up to two hours. More staff might eliminate this problem. I understand nobody can predict the future, but having a few more doctors and nurses sitting around is better than someone in severe pain sitting around.
