I left facility a little more than a hour after X-rays were taken. I was told that a doctor had not reviewed the X-rays in that hour. I never received a call with results of x-rays. Still don't know.

Dr. Kashlan was exceptional! He was very thorough, patient, and kind with his evaluation. His explanations of test results, his assessment, and recommendations/ plan were clear. All questions were answered. He is truly an asset to Wellstar! Favor, the radiology tech who performed my x-rays, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, gentle, and efficient. She made the tests as comfortable as possible.

Over all great experience. Being able to see and read my tests results soon after they were performed allowed me to understand my condition and the next procedures that need to be done. Care level was excellent and all the staff members were empathetic and responsive to my needs. I'm very grateful to have been under their care. The only uncomfortable situation for me was when I needed to use the bathroom and asked to use a device with suction for urinating which was very counterintuitive. I actually ended up holding off and later heard one of the surgery team mentions that they had to drain my bladder. I would recommend replacing this device with something else if possible.
