Upon entering the facility, I went to the first registration desk. They were very kind and directed me to where I needed to be. And the check-in at the urgent care, the woman there was extremely professional, extremely concerned, very efficient, very friendly, and showed empathy. Every staff member that I engaged with, I felt I was getting personal care and they were truly concerned about why I was there to visit them. It was definitely a 10 experience.

It went well with minimal weight time and genuine concern from all staff and MD. And the nurse was able to draw my labs and place IV with one stick!

Everyone we encountered during our visit made a painful situation better. From the woman who checked us in, to the nurse, doctor and X-ray technician.. they all were sympathetic and eager to help. I went in with severe back pain and they were all so kind. I felt heard and will definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs an urgent care appointment.

I had to go to Urgent Care on Roswell Rd. I had to use the kiosk. It sat too low and I was weak from my illness. You need a stool!! or chair. Then I ended up waiting for more than an hour. People who came in after me were called before me. Once I got back to my room to see the Dr., everything was great. Wonderful girl who took my information, fantastic Dr. who treated me. Xray people who saw me were great. Sitting in that waiting room initially was not good. more than an hour.

So my biggest issue was checking in. There was a line of two people trying to self-check in on the kiosk and you had a member of staff that was just sat behind there doing absolutely nothing waiting for us to check in and it would have helped expedite everyone if she actually bothered to help check people in. When it came to me checking in, I had actually a scheduled appointment so I thought I checked in, went and sat down. The waiting room was empty. She saw me sitting there for about another 15 minutes and then asked me could I check in? I was like, yes. She didn't see me in the assistance, so I had to come up and then go back and check in again. So again, the member of staff, the receptionist, was the one that was causing all the problems. And quite frankly, I don't know why she was needed if you're going to make everyone self-check in anyway. That's probably the biggest issue. Use common sense. If you feel busy or if it's quiet, have the person behind the counter check.
