The nurse and doctor that took care of my daughter were fabulous. They showed concern and talked through everything with us with kindness and sincerity. I would definitely return based on their care. However, when we first arrived, the front desk admin was not welcoming. Her tone was very short and curt. She did not make me feel like I could ask questions and I felt nervous to say or do anything wrong near her. I realized later that the first person you interact with really sets the tone for your experience and while I don't want to say she was mean, we definitely felt like she did not want to be there. When I left to fill the prescription, my pharmacist wanted to check something with the doctor so I called back. I was not able to get connected with the nurse so the front desk answered and seemed agitated with me for calling. She said she would take my phone number and have them call me back. I never got that call. Again, it will not affect our return, as a nurse and Doctor were wonderful.

Every single person we interacted with was kind, helpful, and informative. We truly had a wonderful experience from start to finish. This is the second or third time we have had Dr. Kashlan at the East Cobb Health Park. He is incredibly calm, kind, and an amazing doctor. He goes above and beyond to ale sure the patient gets the proper tests, treatments, and referrals. He made my 12 yo very comfortable during a stressful situation/injury.

I was very stressed coming into the Wellstar Emergency care, being very concerned about having a fracture in my shoulder from the fall,but right away the receptionist checking me in was very courteous, and my anxiety subsided right away, and then of course the staff and doctor was very professional and explained my results from my x-ray very well was very professional. I felt confident that I was on the road to recovery right away. Great job Wellstar!!
