I went at 12:15 and sign in at the kiosk. It told me that wait time was 3.5 hours which I understood since it was during the holiday time and they were very busy. Instead of waiting over there I told front desk that I will take rest at home and what time I need to back so she told me that come at 3:30 for your appointment and let us know when you come back so just let me know so I came back at 3:15 and told the same person so she just updated as I am here and then I waited for another hour and I asked her when doctor can see me so she asked me to come back again tomorrow which made me very upset so finally another staff member went inside and the Nurse/Dr visited me at around 4:45 pm. So I will never come back to this location. You go to Urgent care when you have to see doctor urgently.

I thought the doctor was A plus. I'd give him a hundred. He's wonderful. I didn't like waiting an hour and a half, though, if you could improve the wait time. But the doctor was excellent. I must give high praise to Dr. Kashlan and the nurse who gave me my injection, I'm sorry I don't remember her name. Dr. Kashlan was such a good listener, so attentive, and he explained my diagnosis thoroughly. He also answered all of my questions and went through all the prescription, explaining what each was meant for. I did not feel rushed, which really surprised me, considering how busy that facility was!

The front office was very helpful. Dr Kashlan was attentive and listened to all my descriptions of the fall I took from a ladder. He explained what he wanted done, X-rays of my back. The young man that took the X-rays of my back was very patient and gentle with my back. All and all, it was a very good experience. The only problem was the wait times. It took 4 hours the first day and I left because of pain and made an appointment for the next day which took 3 hours the second day. All the people I saw were the best!

Both the nurse (Angela I believe) and Dr. Kashlan offered a highly personalized experience. It felt as if we were visiting our own personal family physician. On this particular day, we couldn't get in to my daughter's pediatrician's office bc they had no appointments available. The experience was very comparable to the compassionate care we would've received at our long-time pediatrician's office. I am also an employee of Wellstar, previously an employee of Emory, and have an extensive background in management, patient and family-centered care, quality, process improvement, and bioethics. All this to say, I'm picky. So when I say this visit exceeded my expectations, it's a high compliment. Well done to the ECHP team!
