You did really well with providing referrals for a registered dietitian after I asked. What you did not do really well is the checkout girl at the front. On both occasions I've been to the doctor, she rushes the checkout process and does not provide a card with the follow-up appointment date And then I asked her for the number because Dr. Ahuja told me to give the number, to go to the front and that she would give me the number to call the registered dietitian because she didn't trust them to call with a referral. When I asked for the number, the checkout girl basically refused to give me the number and said that they would call me. Even after I told her that Dr. Ahuja told me

Yes, Dr. Ahuja. I absolutely love when I first started with her. I was having tremendous problems. I had already had a stroke due to my blood pressure. And she has helped me to not only cut back on my medication, but to have pretty much a normal life. where everything is not impacted by my blood pressure. And her personality, she's very thorough, makes sure I understand everything. And I just love her to death. And I'm so proud that she was recommended to me from another physician. And I greatly appreciate everything

Dr. Ahuja, as always, was wonderful. However, we had to have labs done on the second floor. There were seven people already waiting in front of us. Two of the women that were said they had been there for over 30 minutes and still hadn't been called. There was no explanation for the wait from the lab tech, other than it was lunch hour (2pm). I ended up leaving and will go to another location to get my labs done.

Fairly new to this practice and feel that Dr Auhja is attentive to my health. She answers all the questions I ask with complete information. She also has good bedside manners!

My COBRA insurance just ended last month, well after I made the appointment five months earlier. (It's also unacceptable to wait for 5 months to see a cardiologist that my primary sent me to. WellStar is failing this community by not employing enough doctors.) I tried to get an estimate for cash payment for this visit and how much I would be required to pay at check-in. I called and was ultimately sent to "someone else" 8 times in the last 8 days and never got an answer before my appointment...sometimes being sent back to the same department that told me to call a different number. I left two messages on the nurse line (which is who the financial/billing option told me to call), one 8 days before my appointment and one the morning of my appointment and never received a call back. The only way "they" (financial assistance/billing and customer service) could help me is if I had already been billed. That is so disrespectful to the patient. To get the run around showed incompetence and total disregard for the patient, besides raising my blood pressure, which is why I was going to the cardiologist in the first place. Do better.

The only way "they" (financial assistance/billing and customer service) could help me is if I had already been billed. That is so disrespectful to the patient. To get the run around showed incompetence and total disregard for the patient, besides raising my blood pressure, which is why I was going to the cardiologist in the first place. Do better.

Dr. Ahuja, as always, was wonderful. However, we had to have labs done on the second floor. There were seven people already waiting in front of us. Two of the women that were said they had been there for over 30 minutes and still hadn't been called. There was no explanation for the wait from the lab tech, other than it was lunch hour (2pm). I ended up leaving and will go to another location to get my labs done.

Yes, Dr. Ahuja. I absolutely love when I first started with her. I was having tremendous problems. I had already had a stroke due to my blood pressure. And she has helped me to not only cut back on my medication, but to have pretty much a normal life. where everything is not impacted by my blood pressure. And her personality, she's very thorough, makes sure I understand everything. And I just love her to death. And I'm so proud that she was recommended to me from another physician. You did really well with providing referrals for a registered dietitian after I asked. What you did not do really well is the checkout girl at the front. On both occasions I've been to the doctor, she rushes the checkout process and does not provide a card with the follow-up appointment date And then I asked her for the number because Dr. Ahuja told me to give the number, to go to the front and that she would give me the number to call the registered dietitian because she didn't trust them to call with a referral. When I asked for the number, the checkout girl basically refused to give me the number and said that they would call me. Even after I told her that Dr. Ahuja told me
