However, during this visit Dr Datta provided the advice and assistance I needed to ease my health anxieties. I was grateful for the time spent.

My prescription were not sent to the pharmacy even after several messages via MyChart & voicemails. I had to spend the weekend without my insulin & my glucose sugar monitor, even though I contacted them way before the weekend. Which is a serious concern as a type-2 diabetic. Eventually I had to drive into the practice during a workday to ask for a hard copy of the glucose monitor prescription. I'm a new patient & I'm discouraged by my first encounter for receiving the care that I need & paid for.

Why I am not happy? My appt was at 9:00am, I arrived at 8:45. Got in to the Dr. desk at 9:05. At 9:45 I had not seen the Dr. yet. Explanation: he dad another patient. I had to leave w/o seen the Dr., a requested blood work was ordered by the nurse which I dad it done next door. The Dr's visit was a waste of time. Nobody even called me for an appology.
