This is the first time me and my granddaughter went to this clinic once we walked into the building. It was nice. Polite. Very welcoming. Direct you to where you need to go and we got up to the floor. It was nice to to smiles and seen the gastrologist Department the receptionist was so polite. So kind. Beautiful smiles. She is so kind to my granddaughter made her relax and then when they called and sent in the back they were kind. The whole staff was nice and we really enjoyed our visit and very impressed with the doctor. Very kind. She listened to my daughter granddaughter cuz she has disabilities but she was very patient and listened to her her fears her needs and that really impressed me about her and I appreciate that. We will definitely come back her follow-up

Unfortunately I had a little trouble understanding her English so could not understand the address she gave me for where the prescription was going so have to go to a Krogers farther away than I want to -her English is fine -I just had difficulty understanding.

Dr.Batool is an exceptional doctor! We had gone from resource to resource with a deficiency issue, and we were lucky enough to be referred to Dr Batool. She listened, and then precisely laid out the issue, what we had, how it affects our body, what the testing options are, timelines for testing, etc., and next steps. Up to this point we had only received bits and pieces and testing that we didn't truly understand . Suddenly, her explainion of the entire big picture made us feel like a lightbulb had finally been turned on and everything fell into place. We only wish we had found her sooner. We think she is an amazing doctor!
