The entire staff was very friendly. Upon entering, my wait time was very minimal. After being taken into the back, the doctor can in very quickly. Dr. Batool was very nice and listened to my concerns. I did not feel rushed but was in and out in a very timely manner.

The wait time was extremely long, both at the reception desk, somebody wasn't there when they came out. They didn't call me up to the front, so I didn't know what to do and then I waited for the doctor significantly amount of time as well.

When I told her I had issues with anesthesia, she just said "well it's only a short procedure you will be fine." She had no interest in listening to me. I will be seeking a new doctor.
