The practice was extraordinarily helpful. However, the only reason that I didn't give them a 10 was because they would have to go through WellSTAR Hospital, which my experience with them was not stellar at all. The healthcare providers were great, but the overall experience with getting discharged and not having any follow-up was very disappointing. Again, the office was very helpful and would have given them a 10 if they weren't affiliated with WellSTAR.
