We got there at eight, and my daughter did not go back until 8.35 because the office staff was not able to do the insurance for her physical. There was apparently a new gentleman at the counter, but we waited for 35 minutes with no one else in the waiting room. They were super nice and super apologetic, but we did wait 35 minutes before we even got to the inner room to see the nurse to do her physical. The nurse was great and everything. Thank you.

I specifically choose this health care if I can't get to my regular doctor. I have used them in the past and they are always very helpful and wonderful. They're friendly and they take care of my problems. And there was an incident when I was there last time of a person in the parking lot acting really crazy and they called and informed the police because they were afraid for their patients. And they personally watched me get to my car. They had me to wait until it was safe, and then they walked me out to my car. So I appreciate the extra effort on their behalf. Thank you.
