Once I got back everyone was great. The two hour wait even when I had made an appointment was the main frustration....would be good to know that I would be called in some way when it was close to my turn so I could have waited somewhere other than the waiting room, or delayed my arrival, etc.

I am allergic to polysorbate 80 and when it came to figuring what medicines I could take they were very cautious, and even consulted with CVS back and forth. Just to let you know I'm was just visiting, because my daughters family have used you several times.

The X ray tech did what was easiest for her and not me. I could not bend my leg. The NP told me they'd take me on a gurney but tech made me ride in a chair. I had to hold my leg up as it was too painful to bend. The NP said she would take care of that-should have never happened!

My visit was done very well and I was very, very pleased with the care that I received. However, they asked me to follow up and get an appointment with one of your otolaryngologists or ENT doctors. And that process went very well, except I can't get a follow-up appointment for more than 30 days. And by then, I felt like it would be a moot point. So I did follow up and go to my primary care doctor who still wants me to go to the otolaryngologist. So I guess I'll make that appointment, but it's disappointing that I can't get in for a whole month.
