The visit for my daughter went very well. They were very caring at the front desk. Even the nurse and everybody was very caring and concerned and was willing to help out in any way possible that they could. They made sure to tell me it's, you know, the medicine that they prescribed her didn't work within a couple days and she still was feeling uncomfortable in her throat, then be sure to come back. Told me ways to keep it manageable at home as well. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone that I know because they do very well on making sure they're

The nurse and NP who cared for my daughter were very courteous and respectful of her. They attended to us quickly and in a kind manner. The receptionist who checked her in was a nightmare. She was rude, brief, and made it a duty to clearly communicate her disrespect. Almost an hour later, I had to remind her that my child had not been checked in. Rather than noting the error politely, she asked for information that was already in the system (insurance). While I was searching, she followed her abrasive energy with "I found it", then she said and I quote, "well, she's checked in now" with the most dismissive tone and affect. She seemed set on a path to make sure we were uncomfortable, something a sick person should not have to deal with.
