The X ray tech did what was easiest for her and not me. I could not bend my leg. The NP told me they'd take me on a gurney but tech made me ride in a chair. I had to hold my leg up as it was too painful to bend. The NP said she would take care of that-should have never happened!

The Doctor that I met with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and took time to answer. Her name was Ashley and I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

My visit was done very well and I was very, very pleased with the care that I received. However, they asked me to follow up and get an appointment with one of your otolaryngologists or ENT doctors. And that process went very well, except I can't get a follow-up appointment for more than 30 days. And by then, I felt like it would be a moot point. So I did follow up and go to my primary care doctor who still wants me to go to the otolaryngologist. So I guess I'll make that appointment, but it's disappointing that I can't get in for a whole month.

I was scheduled for a 340 appointment and they called me at quarter to two to tell me to come on in early that they weren't that busy and had two great nurses so it was one of the better WellSTAR experiences I've had in a very long time.

Even though I had a negative swab, I was treated and prescribed medication as if I had other results. This was because my wife was an inpatient at Kennestone and exposure to her was obvious. I did experience some symptoms and the medications have improved my condition. Please thank Ashley Campbell for her attention to my situation.

I had an accident on my job, during check in I found out that that my employer denied me insurance coverage. I went out side to phone my wife about the problem , who encouraged me to go back and get medical attention. When I came back in the receptionist, Chade, had already checked me in and handled the paper work, and also had the nurse waiting to take me back. I was seen by Ashley Campbell N.P who was very prompt and professional . She ordered C.T and x-rays and had results and diagnosis within minuets I have to say being denied insurance by my employer was frustrating , but thanks to your staff especially Ashley and Chade I am very grateful. I did not get the receptionist Chade last name, but she should be commended for her excellent work
