I saw a dermatologist for this raging cyst condition prior to this visit to your urgent care clinic. I came to your clinic because my condition was not improving and I no longer had confidence that the dermatologist knew how to treat it. When I arrived the front desk person was professional and accommodating. When I met my doctor Ashley in the exam room she was also professional and accommodating but she was also clearly very capable and knowledgeable. I immediately felt she understood my condition and knew the best course of action. She gave me a thorough consultation regarding my condition and how to recognize and proceed if my symptoms worsened. She covered the medications she prescribed with me in detail. I felt a tremendous sense of relief that I met someone so capable and left feeling my path to health was clearly laid out for me. THANK YOU ASHLEY! This visit is in stark contrast with the dermatologist that examined me only days before.
