Everyone that I interacted with was really nice. The only negative was that I got to my appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. So I was early for my appointment, checked in, and was not seen until almost 30 minutes after my appointment time after I went back up to the front desk to ask what the reason was that I hadn't been called back yet since no one else was in the waiting room. And then it was confirmed that they had forgotten to come get me. So that was disappointing.

Did not see the doctor who is to do the surgery. would like to have met him before the operation

The providers besides the surgeon were great. The problem I've had with the practice is getting shuffled around so much in the schedule. I had my first appointment canceled because of emergency surgery. My second appointment, I saw the nurse practitioner because of emergency surgery at the wrong location. And my surgery got moved up, but then it was seven hours after I got there. And then when I went to my last follow-up, I was called one hour before I was supposed to be there to ask if I could show up 30 minutes early. There's so many changes in my appointments that I would definitely not choose this practice again.

I came in for emergency surgery and the entire ER staff, as well as the surgical team, treated me with the utmost respect and really made me feel calm. And they walked me through the entire process. They told me exactly what was going to happen. And I'm very satisfied with the care that I received.

The only issues I had with Ashley or what happened yesterday, I read the summary of our meeting after we got through and it said about when they asked about me having mental health and everything, it said no. But I clearly told her that I had mental health and I take Provac mental health medication. But as far as everything overall, it was a good, a good, a good, a good thing. It was good.
