They treated me super well, thanks to God and the people who treated me.

I was, however, disappointed that I was not informed that the Doctor would not be available. Until I was on the way to the exam room...I had to see the physician's assistant. Who did a good job by the way. The point is I should have been informed on the several text messages that I received about my appointment or by the receptionist when I arrived. I think that's a lack / poor communication.

My appointment was scheduled for 2.40. I was not called to the back until 3.23. I waited over 40 minutes in the waiting room just to be seen in the back for less than 10 minutes. So maybe there could definitely be some improvement there.
