I had a great experience here! I arrived 15 minutes early as requested and barely sat down before they called me back before my appointment time. The assistant came in soon after the nurse and was very friendly and explained what was going on. I love that they give you an actual hospital gown and not just the paper vest, so I felt comfortable and covered waiting for the dr. The dr came in soon after and was very friendly, efficient, gentle, and informative. I was in and out in approx 20 minutes and only about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I've never been to a dr that fast and efficient. I couldn't recommend my care team and this location more!

Loved this doctor visit. I felt so comfortable with her and I wasn't rushed. She was ready to answer every question I had. My first visit was rushed. He didn't seem to care about my concern and told me to go see another doc. I didn't mention it in the survey because I was highly upset. But over this Ms. Jones was awesome ! It If I could see her every visit I would!

Smooth and safe experience. The stuff didn't wear perfumes, which was as expected, but has't always been the reality in all the WellStar units. Everybody seemed to be nice and professional. The only alarming thing was that the MD had long fake nails which is, beside a bit gross, very unhygienic. I wish WS would have a policy on that. Also, my confirmation (txt/email) messages said my appointment was at 8:45, but then, half an hour before the appointment I got an email saying the appointment is at 9:00, so I ended up being at the place half an hour earlier than my appointment was scheduled. Very disappointing.

As much as I wanted to enjoy my experience, I did not. I never write reviews. However, I feel as if one is warranted for this visit. Dr. Jones' bedside manner was little to none. She stood the whole visit with her hands in her pockets in a room that was already as small as a closet, so it made it feel like she was towering over me and like she didn't have enough time in her day to have a seat and make the environment more comfortable. Before I could even finish voicing my concerns about one topic she was already moving on to the next topic asking me in a quick nonchalant manner "what questions do you have for me? What questions do you have for me?" I'm not sure about yall but when somebody is constantly asking me that before I can get my last thought out, I forget what else I may have wanted to ask. All in all it just wasn't a welcoming environment, especially as a new patient. I felt like I only had barely 5 minutes of her time and that the concerns I did voice were made to seem like they weren't a big deal. I spent more time getting weighed and my blood pressure checked than I did with Dr. Jones. Disappointed to say the least. I thought I was seeing someone that I could trust and who would show some interest in my care, but I should have listened to some of the other reviews and chosen a different provider. All people want is to be heard at their appointments, whether their provider is actually interested or not. Prime reason why people (like myself) don't get seen as often as they should. What's the point in going when all the doctor has for you is 3 minutes and a fake smile?

As much as I wanted to enjoy my experience, I did not. I never write reviews. However, I feel as if one is warranted for this visit. Dr. Jones' bedside manner was little to none. She stood the whole visit with her hands in her pockets in a room that was already as small as a closet, so it made it feel like she was towering over me and like she didn't have enough time in her day to have a seat and make the environment more comfortable. Before I could even finish voicing my concerns about one topic she was already moving on to the next topic asking me in a quick nonchalant manner "what questions do you have for me? What questions do you have for me?" I'm not sure about yall but when somebody is constantly asking me that before I can get my last thought out, I forget what else I may have wanted to ask. All in all it just wasn't a welcoming environment, especially as a new patient. I felt like I only had barely 5 minutes of her time and that the concerns I did voice were made to seem like they weren't a big deal. I spent more time getting weighed and my blood pressure checked than I did with Dr. Jones. Disappointed to say the least. I thought I was seeing someone that I could trust and who would show some interest in my care, but I should have listened to some of the other reviews and chosen a different provider. All people want is to be heard at their appointments, whether their provider is actually interested or not. Prime reason why people (like myself) don't get seen as often as they should. What's the point in going when all the doctor has for you is 3 minutes and a fake smile?

Dr. Ashley was amazing. She was very respectful and made me feel very comfortable as someone who hasn't had like an OB appointment before. So I really appreciated that. She's just very kind and just overall very respectful. I definitely have already recommended her to multiple friends and family.

This was my first time seeing Dr Jones and it honestly made me a bit nervous as I haven't had a female ob/gyn in a very very long time. She was wonderful. Kind, caring, and listened to my concerns. Her staff was lovely as well.

Smooth and safe experience. The stuff didn't wear perfumes, which was as expected, but has't always been the reality in all the WellStar units. Everybody seemed to be nice and professional. The only alarming thing was that the MD had long fake nails which is, beside a bit gross, very unhygienic. I wish WS would have a policy on that. Also, my confirmation (txt/email) messages said my appointment was at 8:45, but then, half an hour before the appointment I got an email saying the appointment is at 9:00, so I ended up being at the place half an hour earlier than my appointment was scheduled. Very disappointing.

Loved this doctor visit. I felt so comfortable with her and I wasn't rushed. She was ready to answer every question I had. My first visit was rushed. He didn't seem to care about my concern and told me to go see another doc. I didn't mention it in the survey because I was highly upset. But over this Ms. Jones was awesome ! It If I could see her every visit I would!

I had a great experience here! I arrived 15 minutes early as requested and barely sat down before they called me back before my appointment time. The assistant came in soon after the nurse and was very friendly and explained what was going on. I love that they give you an actual hospital gown and not just the paper vest, so I felt comfortable and covered waiting for the dr. The dr came in soon after and was very friendly, efficient, gentle, and informative. I was in and out in approx 20 minutes and only about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I've never been to a dr that fast and efficient. I couldn't recommend my care team and this location more!

Dr. Jones was extremely personable and helpful during the visit. I would recommend her to anyone in my family or my friend circle. However, the billing department has confused codes with the surgery cost and billing options.
