Dr. Ashlee-Marie Jones is literally the best OBGYN I have ever had in my life! Extremely attentive, best side manner was top-notch, and overall a warm personality. I am so happy that she is taking care of me during my pregnancy, and I look forward to being a long time patient. I cannot rave enough about how amazing she was. Her staff, from front desk to clinical, were also very caring and thorough. 10/10 doesn't suffice

I was very nervous at the start but all providers were professional, explained what was happening, and answered all my questions. I was so grateful that my first experience during a sensitive appointment was handled with such care.

Please add "not applicable" to your choices. For instance, hand washing. The admin staff do not usually do that as they have no patient contact usually. My doctor did not do an exam on this appointment. It was a medication review only. I have no doubt if an exam was required so would have washed or sanitized her hands.

Dr. Jones was extremely personable and helpful during the visit. I would recommend her to anyone in my family or my friend circle. However, the billing department has confused codes with the surgery cost and billing options.

I had a great experience here! I arrived 15 minutes early as requested and barely sat down before they called me back before my appointment time. The assistant came in soon after the nurse and was very friendly and explained what was going on. I love that they give you an actual hospital gown and not just the paper vest, so I felt comfortable and covered waiting for the dr. The dr came in soon after and was very friendly, efficient, gentle, and informative. I was in and out in approx 20 minutes and only about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I've never been to a dr that fast and efficient. I couldn't recommend my care team and this location more!

He didn't seem to care about my concern and told me to go see another doc. I didn't mention it in the survey because I was highly upset. But over this Ms. Jones was awesome ! It If I could see her every visit I would!

Smooth and safe experience. The stuff didn't wear perfumes, which was as expected, but has't always been the reality in all the WellStar units. Everybody seemed to be nice and professional. The only alarming thing was that the MD had long fake nails which is, beside a bit gross, very unhygienic. I wish WS would have a policy on that. Also, my confirmation (txt/email) messages said my appointment was at 8:45, but then, half an hour before the appointment I got an email saying the appointment is at 9:00, so I ended up being at the place half an hour earlier than my appointment was scheduled. Very disappointing.
