Long wait times regardless of being early for appointment. I was 15 minutes early and then waited for a minimum of 35 minutes total to be called back. Support staff (aside from front desk staff and doctor) did not seem friendly (ie little eye contact and seemed to rush me/assumed like I knew what I was supposed to do despite it being my first visit) and just were going through the deliverables that were required of them.

Dr. Jones was AMAZING !! From the moment that she, herself, not a staff member, brought a space heater into my exam room because she was concerned about how cold it was in the room. I didn't ask for one, she did it on her own. She was extremely personable and very pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions that I presented. I will HIGHLY recommend her to my family and friends. I am EXTREMELY happy that I am now one of her patients. Also, the staff were all amazing too !!
