I liked the dr, but the nurse was horrible and made me feel embarrassed. She explained nothing, and had such a cold disposition. I would recommend someone to practice for her, but because of the nurse absolutely not.

The front staff was very friendly at the check and desk. Also the lady who got my vitals was really sweet. Dr. Franklin was awesome. She explained everything on what I need to do to help me with my symptoms. She also gave me options to look forward to and if they don't work she gave me a plan. Really nice to have doctors who care. There was no place to park. They didn't have enough handicap parking for a van accessible wheelchair van and it was very difficult to get into the building from the parking lot. We had to wait a really long time.

This was a very uncomfortable visit. I was expecting to a surgical consultation. An exam was performed without any explanation of what to expect. The Dr showed no compassion and seemed somewhat bothered when I asked questions. I am not comfortable continuing care with her.

She did not engage greatly with my overall colorectal situation, so that was disappointing. Would have been nice for more concern to be shown about my current and future colorectal health.

She answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed and had a very charismatic and approachable manner that helped put me at ease during what could have been an uncomfortable experience overall. I would also like to recognize the medical assistant, Angela. She was professional, respectful, and attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable as well throughout the entire visit. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point. Overall, the care provided by Dr. Franklin and her team was excellent, and I truly appreciated how supportive and reassuring the experience was. Also forgot to mention her physician Assistant Bailey was also very polite & kind and her medical assistant as well, but didn't have the time to do the last survey .

I will say, I saw the PA first, and I actually thought I was getting a procedure done with the Dr. I wound up having a basically identical visit to what I had with the PA. In the future, if a procedure is a possible outcome, I will just wait until I can get an appointment with the doctor the FIRST time. I'm on Medicare Supplement, so no co-pay, or I would have been upset to have basically identical visits.
