I never saw the Dr, Dr. esdaille just sent her nurse practitioner back in to deliver the information and I was shocked not to see the Dr given what I was told and the difficulties I've had with my ureters over 9 long years, I was very confused and remain disappointed.

My overall experience was nice. But it seems the young man that checked me in did not finish the process. After 30 min after my appointment I started asking "if I was at thr right place" after asking 2 times I flagged a nice young lady who investigated to find I was not checked in. I am now at an hour after my appointment time and the doctor and staff had to squeeze me in.

The staff and doctors and all were extremely nice. The place was extremely clean and I enjoyed my visit. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

Yes, I believe we were there to see a urologist and I believe the doctor starts, the last name starts with an E, Esdaille or something of that nature, but she was amazing and so was her PA. They were so intentional and very caring and they listened to us and they took time to look at my mom's chart. It just, I just can't say more about what a wonderful team and doctor they were and how I just, we know that we're in great hands with her for the stent that she's going to be putting in on Thursday for mom's kidney. So she is amazing and Augusta is very fortunate to have both of them. Thank you.

My provider listened to me very carefully and she gave me a bunch of information about what possibly could be going on with me as well as bringing up other side effects that I may not have even thought about. So in that respect I'm very pleased. However, everything that she said was going to happen did not take place. So for that respect, that's why I gave it such a low score because when I got there, I was unable to provide a urine sample because I've had a difficult time peeing or I have urine urgency and so I could not pee. They did an ultrasound, verified that my bladder was empty and then I was supposed to give blood at the lab. When I got to the lab, they just wanted more pee and again ?

Tech didn't ask me to verify name or dob. Didn't look at my arm band I could have misunderstood when they called me back - could have been someone with similar sounding name and wrong lab could have done in wrong person I did look at papers myself to see my name on it. As a nurse for 30 years- think was very sloppy process and just a matter of time before needless error occurs

I have been coming to this office for awhile under a different Doctor and I was about to leave and go to another urologist because I found that the other doctor was very impersonal, rude and arrogant. Until they got overbooked and booked me with this doctor, and I found her to be very pleasant, charming and patient so therefore I decided I would stay and give her the chance and to be my new doctor so I'm very pleased so far I look forward to having her as my new doctor opposed to my old doctor

I was so impressed with the doctor that I met with. Unfortunately, my memory's not as sharp as it was. I don't remember her name, but she was amazing. Your navigator system was down. At checking, I was told that I didn't have an appointment. I called my nurse navigator,and was able to straighten it out.
