The timing of the treatment is taking extremely too long. I come in for an injection. The injection itself should take five minutes. And I see the provider and I realize that there's some time regarding kind of the before and after the injection, but I'm there for over three hours, sometimes up to four hours just to get this done and that is ridiculous. So I would appreciate somebody looking at the timing when someone is just coming in for an injection.

When I entered the facility, there was no one at the registration desk to check me in. And it took at least 15 minutes or more for someone to come to check me in. And there were many other patients there as well. I didn't understand that. I did not know why that happened, but I don't think it should have happened at all. Someone should have been at that desk to check us in. That was not a good thing. But other than that, everything went smoothly. The nurses and technicians were wonderful. They treated me well. The doctor was very professional with me, and I thank you all for all that you do. Thanks so much. Bye-bye.
