The staff that draws blood. They need training on how to find veins. This is the only office that cannot find my veins. No problem except here!!!!!!!!!

All of my visits when I go there to the pulmonary doctor, I tell you, from the front all the way to the back, especially the nurses, the nurses that help out and the girls that take the blood, everybody's absolutely aces from the beginning to the end. Tense right across the board. They really make you guys look good. Okay. You're lucky to have them and I'm lucky to be there with them. You guys have a great day. Thank you. Bye.

They treat you like family and you're so comfortable with them that even the most invasive thing, they make you feel like you're secure with them and they know what they're doing. So it eases your nerves because they're easy to get along with and I just enjoy all the people that have waited on me or served me there. Thank you very much.
