I don't think you have anything to improve. They treat you like family and you're so comfortable with them that even the most invasive thing, they make you feel like you're secure with them and they know what they're doing. So it eases your nerves because they're easy to get along with and I just enjoy all the people that have waited on me or served me there. Thank you very much.

The timing of the treatment is taking extremely too long. I come in for an injection. The injection itself should take five minutes. And I see the provider and I realize that there's some time regarding kind of the before and after the injection, but I'm there for over three hours, sometimes up to four hours just to get this done and that is ridiculous. So I would appreciate somebody looking at the timing when someone is just coming in for an injection.
