My visit was a very good experience from the time I entered the reception area. The receptionist was very helpful, listened to me, all my papers were checked properly. There was no problem at all. My nurse that assisted me and prepared me for the visit with the doctor was very professional and caring. And of course, the doctor took her time to listen to me, have discussion with me, and I felt like the practice and the personnel offered maximum service. I could not have been more pleased. That's it.

Dr.Koganti was nice. She was more patient vs rushed during our time. I would have like more details/ thought process regarding my treatment plan. My issue is similar to a previous occurrence yrs prior that went unresolved. I shared that info.It concerns me that I'm taking the same path so far just with a different doc. Didn't get a chance to asks questions or express concerns which left me feeling uneasy. No one knows all answers but discussions help provide clarity.
