Great overall experience. Only real negative was the wait time. I had an appointment for 7:45 but ended up waiting almost 45 minutes after before I was seen with no update as to any status.

A young lady's nurse name was Cantresa, C-A-N-T-R-E-S-A. She was phenomenal. She made the whole experience a lot easier, less stressful. My attending physician was the same phenomenal. I think it's the best urgent care we've been into around the country. And as well as the intake nurse, I needed a referral from the community, the VA community care. She took care of that for me. The whole process went smoothly. We were in and out. We made an appointment for nine o'clock. We were out of the office by 9.40, 9.45. It was a fantastic appointment. And they also followed up with me to make sure I made my appointment with urology. And very, very happy and pleased with WellStar. Thank you for everything.

A reservation of 2pm. Arrived at 1:20pm. Didn't get called back until 3:15pm. With 3 small children running around was very frustrating. I understand the whole "reservation" isn't an appointment thing. But I took the time to tell yall I was coming when others didn't. There should be SOME sort of priority given.
