I cannot say enough amazing things about this facility. My daughter and I were brought in both with injuries. We were from out of town and were very unsure about how to get help in the area for my ankle and her knee. The staff here, everyone from the young man at the front desk to the x-ray tech to the nurses and doctors were beyond amazing. They made us feel super comfortable and helped us coordinate waiting for my husband to arrive to take us back to Florida as well as making sure we had images of all our x-rays to give to the doctor in Jacksonville. I truly can't say thank you enough to all of them for all of their amazing work helping us.

I just wanted to give kudos to Dr. Rav. He actually is one of the very few physicians that I've dealt with in the last 10 years that takes time with his patients and actually listens. This is my second time seeing him and I wish he could be my general practitioner. I'd give anything. Also a shout out to Trish and Marla. Great bedside manner. I always go to urgent care before I even go to the hospital just because I know they're going to steer me in the right direction. I'm very grateful for the staff, office staff as well. Everyone's great.

The front desk clerk volunteered to enter my info in the system as the waiting room was somewhat empty. I really appreciated that since my eyes were dilated from an eye exam shortly before my visit. All of the staff was attentive to my needs.

They did not send prescriptions to pharmacy. They did not inform anyone that they could not do it electronically. I had to go BACK to urgent care to get the prescriptions. Program had been down all day. Should have called prescription in to pharmacy. Poor service. Lazy everyone had to go back to urgent care for prescriptions. Ridiculous

Urgent care should not be seperated from diagnostic exams. I had to call and request an x-ray provided i could pay for the service. Wrong. X-ray is included in urgent care. This is not only ridiculous, it is absurd. It is cheaper for me to tie up an Emergency Department rather than rely on Urgent care.
