During my recent visit to urgent care, I had a mixed experience. When I first arrived, the receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was very sweet when asking about my symptoms after checking me in, and her compassion helped ease some of the stress I was feeling. However, when I was called to the back by the nurse, the experience changed. The nurse who brought me in was not friendly, did not smile, and lacked bedside manner. She was very matter-of-fact to the point of being almost unpleasant, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable. Fortunately, my experience with the physician more than made up for that. The doctor who treated me was amazing-he truly listened, was understanding, and provided the care and medication I needed for my severe back pain. His professionalism and compassion made the clinical part of my visit a very positive one. Overall, the provider care was excellent, but the interaction with the nurse left something to be desired.

I had an appointment and we still waited over 40 minutes. Once in the room it took another 2+ hours. My son was given a IV , I asked how long they would take they said 30 minutes. They did not return for over and hour. We were there for a total of 3 hours. Way too long with an appointment. The staff needs to check into the room more often. I left the room and found staff to come in and help move along and they still didn't come and be attentive. Not sure if they were understaffed but this wait was way too long especially you are dealing with a sick child.

Everybody was very caring. Even the security officer in the lobby was personable, even though it's late and it was... everybody's probably ready to go home. So I really do appreciate the courteousness and the care that was taken. And I was blessed enough to be able to get what I needed that night through the doctors and nurses who cared for me. And then I was able to get the prescriptions that I needed. So everybody was very caring and I appreciate what you guys did. Thank you.
