I love going to Urgent Care. I'd rather go there than my primary care. I know Urgent Care should not be used in this way but often a doctor has long waits for appts so Urgent Care is much more convenient and proactive.

The Dr was very nice , as was the nurse, but I did not notice either one of them sanitizing their hands when they entered the room . ?

I would just like to say that after the doctor leaves the room and tells you to sit there until the nurse comes back in and you have to wait 15 minutes just for them to hand you paperwork and say that you can go now is a little extreme. I know that they're busy, but if all they have to do is hand you paperwork, I just think they could do it in a more timely manner. Other than that, the nurse was excellent and I really appreciated how friendly and kind she was. Thank you.
