Dr. Rav was great, and lady that saw me before Dr. Rav and then wrapped my ankle afterwards was fantastic. So much personality and easy going. I cannot remember her name, possibly Misty. But she is definitely a bright spot in the Wellstar family. The lady who took my x-rays was also friendly and nice. From check-in to check-out, a very easy experience.

The referral for additional services was not very helpful. I called them and they referred me to a pain management specialist. To get an office visit was over 30 day wait which I couldn't do so went to the emergency room.

I had an unexpected bought with vertigo and was throwing up and dizzy. My co-workers brought me in after I got sick at lunch. One of your staff was in the parking lot coming back from lunch and jumped in to help by grabbing a wheelchair. They brought me in and I was back in a room in about 5 minutes. They got me started with an IV for fluids and Zofran. I literally slept thru the whole process and woke up feeling better once the meds were in my system. The nurses were terrific and my discharge nurse was fantastic. It was a great experience, considering my unfortunate situation.

He was right, I was very sick and spent a few days in the hospital. It would be wonderful if he could be my GP but for now I will personally ask for him doing urgent situations.
