I think the front office staff and x-ray staff are really good, but the doctors take forever to do anything. Even if you make an appointment, you know you're going to sit there at least two hours and that's absolutely ridiculous. So that needs to be improved.

Well, I'm really delighted. All the staff were very attentive, the doctor was excellent, and the bibliography was excellent. The only thing is that I would like them to speak a little Spanish so I could understand better. I did receive help, but only from some specialists. Thank you.

The Front Desk people are not helpful. Sign at the kiosk . I am 81 yrs old but she helped another young person. Very indifferent. The Care givers inside are caring, kind & warm. I was fortunate to have a a caring Dr Arash Ravanmehr , who explained what I I have to monitor , take the medication he prescribed for 2 weeks. It makes me happy to take care of myself as I live alone & his caring explanation & the discharge nurse makes me hv faith in the Health Care. Not the Front Desk. Too indifferent.

Yes, I am not satisfied with what the results were. I feel like he should have x-rayed my foot. It's still swollen badly and hurts extremely. So I feel like he should have x-rayed it to make sure I didn't have a hairline fracture or something. But I guess I'm going to, and y'all charged me $50 for this. And I guess I'm going to podiatrists and hopefully they will x-ray it. Thank you. Bye.

I was a little irritated afterwards when I found out the next day that my child could have received a prescription for the flu A he was diagnosed with but that was not given to me as an option. My child was not getting better so I called the next day and was able to get the Rx but it would have been nice had that been an option in the beginning.
