Urgent care should not be seperated from diagnostic exams. I had to call and request an x-ray provided i could pay for the service. Wrong. X-ray is included in urgent care. This is not only ridiculous, it is absurd. It is cheaper for me to tie up an Emergency Department rather than rely on Urgent care.

Everyone was so kind to my 87 year old mom and myself! Our doctor - Arash is fabulous- he even wheeled my mother out in the wheelchair to our car! All the staff and nurses were amazing Great experience

Nine times out of ten, we've been very happy using this facility. The one thing I've noticed is now that you have to check yourself in automatically, the front desk people never look up, never speak to you. You're just kind of on your own. So people who are not technology inclined come in and they just stand there looking lost. I would change that. I miss the kind greeting that they used to have. But other than that, everything is great.

My doctor was truly concerned with my condition and closely evaluated my x-rays and confirmed that I have pneumonia which wasn't initially declared by the radiologist. I thank God that he did that as I am in a terrible health situation. His attitude was positive and totally professional!

I really appreciate that I was able to go online and get somewhat of an appointment, which did help reduce the wait time. It was much more convenient for me to be able to do that and then come after work. And I appreciate that the staff was, you know, very professional and kind and concerned and that I had information and help when I left to make sure that I was going to feel better. And also they did call to follow up to make sure that my situation had improved. So I appreciate that and I would definitely, you know, come back should the need arise because I do believe I was well cared for and thank you for that.

The lady who came to take me to my scan was wonderful. Another lady was in the room and didn't listen was snappy and short. Not at all acceptable to someone who was in a serious amount of pain. She was rude concerning my insulin pump when I had conversation with 2 other people. She came in and just refused to listen and was so hostile. I wouldn't ever want to deal with her again. The attitude wasn't warranted and not acceptable at all.
