Yes, they were very professional and very helpful. I have stage four cancer and have gone many times to this urgent care and it's the best one I've ever been to. They're always caring. They always take care of me. So I'm very happy with everything that goes on at this urgent care and it was a timely time to go in. I made my appointment before and so they were just very, very professional and very, very caring. I would recommend this facility to anybody. Thank you.

This was my first visit to Acworth ER. I had three issues for them to address and they most certainly did. I received the best care ever there and the staff were great! My Dr. was excellent and addressed all of my health problems that I was there for. I never knew just how nice an ER facility could be! I didn't feel as though I was a number but real person. I highly recommend to anyone who needs medical attention to please go to Acworth ER

This is my 3rd visit for either myself or husband or mother. The visits were not good. I honestly hesitated going this time. However, it was a pleasant surprise considering the circumstances. There has been alot of improvement in the last few years.

It really doesn't do any good to make a reservation for your appointment. The previous time at this location, it took an hour and 30 minutes, this time I was out in one hour and fifty five minutes. Just over an hour to have vitals checked.
