Her knowledge about several medications enabled her to make distinctions with a degree of confidence regarding which med is best for me. Her confidence in highly valued.

I arrived for my annual check up at 9-45 am and did not get out until 11-45am. I feel that the waiting times were excessive as there were only 2 people in the waiting room when i arrived so cannot understand why i spent so long there. This is why I did not give better marks in the hope that procedures can be set in place to improve efficiency.

Today was an off day for the office. I arrived 15 early as suggested but didn't see the doctor for another 45 minutes. Normally I'm in and out quickly. This was not the case today.

I saw Dr. Ma for the first time because Dr. Patel has been out on maternity leave. At first I was reluctant to see a new provider. But Dr. Ma was very upbeat and very thorough. I could tell I was in great hands with her. And the medical assistant, Kim, is always amazing. I'm glad she was there as a familiar face.
