I saw Dr. Ma for the first time because Dr. Patel has been out on maternity leave. At first I was reluctant to see a new provider. But Dr. Ma was very upbeat and very thorough. I could tell I was in great hands with her. And the medical assistant, Kim, is always amazing. I'm glad she was there as a familiar face.

I requested my medication me refilled and sent to the pharmacy because I am out of refills. When I called the pharmacy later in the afternoon, they informed me that no medication were sent over.

Hello, I actually went to this clinic or to this office for a follow-up on my GPL-1 and my blood pressure was low, so they focused more on that. I think what was more displeasing is that the cost of the follow-up was $230 and I did not get a higher dose because of the blood pressure and then asked to come back in two weeks. So now I'm almost at $500 for follow-up, which I think is extremely high.

My experience was very good. Everyone was very nice, especially my nurse; she was amazing. The doctor was listening to me. She did not rush me. She took her time with me to understand my problem 10 out of 10 I really appreciate them all.
