I have never been anywhere else where all of the staff and nurses were so efficient and friendly. My Dr is the best hands down than I have ever had. Spent so much time making sure I had answers to any concerns and never rushed me at all. It made me feel I was in the best of hands and so cared for.

Dr Ma was very attentive and listened and gave great suggestions. I think I will like seeing this doctor and her staff. The only complaint I had was how cold it is inside this facility. I mean it was very cold.

My appointment with Dr. Ma the other day was my second with her and she is a fantastic physician. I am very happy that I actually was able to see her because my regular doctor is on Matt Leave. So no complaints and I would be very happy if I became her patient.

Needed bloodwork. The staff told me they can't do it. Stopped taking patients (for blood draws) at noon! I will need to go find a place on my own.

With the increasing number of Chinese residents in Kennesaw, Acworth, and Woodstock, it is recommended to hire more Mandarin-speaking doctors. Although there are online video interpretation services, direct communication would be more accurate for doctors' diagnoses and patients' descriptions of symptoms.

The front office employee that checked me in was very friendly. The nurse that took me back and took my vitals was great. She was easy to talk to and made me very comfortable. This was the first time I had seen this doctor and I was so impressed with her. She was great!
