The only disappointment I had and it's qualified disappointment was that most of the talking that went on was not with Dr. Williams, it was with a training geriatric doctor. Now, I meet geriatric standard I'm sure and so that's the qualified this appointment. Maybe I was really talking to someone who was well trained in the area that I fall into more than what Dr. Williams is. The problem is that everything I told her, I never got to talk to Dr. Williams about it. Yes, he followed up on some of the things we discussed, but not all of them so, I feel like it was like a half appointment. Anyway, that's my feedback.

Hi. I was having a hard time trying to schedule. It seems like the front desk people majority are still in training and you guys were out of a lot of material well besides that my experience was okay, ohh, in addition, I came early and I feel like I had to wait still even though I was an hour early. Work on that please, thanks.

The office itself was very hot. The air condition was not blowing. The facility is nice and clean but the temperature was uncomfortable.

He also kept in mind my SLE for complications or side effects for treating my illness. I am very satisfied with my care, and treatment. I always appreciate Fr. Even though I could not be checked in or processed upon arrival due to technical issues with the EMR platform, the team communicated the issues well, and my wait time was at the bare minimum. My nurse is always great. I cannot remember the lab techs name that took my labs, however she was very professional and fast. She did an excellent job.
