He was great with explaining everything about my diagnosis and about my operation, about the next steps, and he had a great personality, was just easy to speak with, and just he was such a great provider. I had to give him a big hug at the end. So I just can't speak highly enough about the great service that I received. Thank you.

Professional and compassionate.NPT, Andy Perlman, was also just as kind. He was clear about what I have going on and felt I should go to the ER but that it's not wrong to try the extra antibiotic first.

After leaving the ER, I notified my urologist and was instructed to come for this visit. The notes on my chart didn't apply to my condition so I asked for clarification. Andrew sat down with me and reviewed my chart, providing me with a plan. But I left with questions and also was concerned that my urologist wasn't there to give me more details about my diagnosis and next steps. I sent another message to her today but got no reply yet.
